He plays Call of Duty, Minecraft...... So he wanted something that was state of the Art. I was a high end system builder from 1991 - 2001, so I spent a couple of hours updating myself on the technology changes (CPU, GPU and Busses). I decided on this system for 3 key reasons. Processor the AMD vs Intel question here answers itself AMD 12 Cores, Intel 8 cores. Each core an another CPU so why have 8 if you can have 12 for less money. Yes, you can argue the finer points about Intel's slightly better performance without a high end GPU or the slightly higher clock rate (you will lose). Lastly was the PCIe 4.0 support for future GPU's and even faster SSD's via the new AMD x570 chipset. This was a great value for the investment. It would have cost me around 2k to build something similar. Which would also have left me on the hook to support it ;) ... show more

When I checked direct dell website and then this amazon shop, this item was $100 less. With in three month’s of purchase the power button turned yellow and computer did not start. Little to my knowledge, when I called dell, they said the item was purchased back in 2021 and warranty expired! now i have to fix it with my own money, a brand new computer to me! They are selling defective refurbished items nowhere mentioning that it is refurbished! Wish i could return this! ... show more

    • Fan Noise is Not that noticeable.
Works great I have had zero problems with it but its only been a few days ill post again in 30 days and see if its still running the same. But I feel it is amazing definitely 10x better than my XBOX for gaming.

The computer came with specs different from the product description. Product description said Windows 10 Home and AMD Radeon GPU, but the computer arrived with Windows 11 and Nvidia GPU. Had to downgrade to Windows 10 with a USB which is not ideal. No functional issues or damage to report.

Well it’s a mediocre product. It is working just fine but the cost-performance is not the best compare to the other similar brands. U can definitely get better set up for the same price at other brand. In addition, it is very electricity-consuming.
