The first record player I received for this order had a noticeable warped sound, but since the reviews were so good, I decided to order a replacement instead of getting a refund. The second unit had major issues with skipping/looping; I used a nickel to address the issue (terrible for your records), but after about a month, this player now also has the same sound warping issue as the first. It’s very cute and very reasonably priced, so it’s incredibly disappointing that it is basically nonfunctional. ... show more

The player only played records at high speeds. Come to find out after talking to both Victrola and Amazon the product was defective. Amazon was great in assisting with the return progress.
