I am about as ashy as a person can get-I have KP and mild ichthyosis. My legs are the worst. I have tried a lot of creams and lotions. Obviously exfoliation is key-the companion exfoliant by this brand is good,as is the shave butter.. I use a wet skin lotion,an Amlactin for the KP,and I find this is the only tubed cream that doesnt require constant application(including compared to Dr recommended brands that are super costly).its nice and thick, the smell is a nice mild vanilla. ... show more

I absolutely adore this lotion. It is advertised for use after shaving, but this lotion is wonderful to use all over the body, particularly in the fall and winter. The smell is luscious and long lasting. Vanilla cashmere (on me, at least) smells of caramel and brown sugar, with an undertone of vanilla. I could eat this stuff. It is highly moisturizing and thick, but absorbs quickly and completely, especially if used right after showering. I’m not sure about using it all over your body in the summer, depending on your skin type, but this could definitely be used on your legs after shaving year round. I can’t recommend this lotion enough. If you like warm vanilla/cozy smells, this is the lotion for you. ... show more

My favorite after shave cream I’ve found so far !! And it smells heavenly too!! I wish I could find this exact scent in a body lotion that’s a bigger bottle cuz it smells so good! You can use it as a lotion of course but then it goes too fast. It works great as an after shave cream tho, helps reduce shaving burns and bumps although for me it doesn’t completely stop redness in the bikini area it definitely helps reduce it after shaving !! 7.5-8/10 id give it! Still would recommend too of course ... show more
