I was able to assemble this basketball goal in about half an hour. Helps to have two people for the final assembly of the poles. One of the poles was slightly bent at the end preventing it from sliding onto the lower pole, but I was able to bend it back out with a pair of plyers. Not a problem. Comes with everything you need for assembly and instructions are straightforward. Construction is good solid metal, very durable and strong. Backboard is plexiglass. Height is completely adjustable - by either leaving off the top most pole or by connecting the backboard to one of the lower holes. At its topmost position it is regulation height of 10 feet. No complaints, lots of fun and great for a driveway game of basketball. ... show more

This was relatively easy to assemble but the instructions were a little lacking. I relied mostly on the pictures to do it. It was not super sturdy as when my son would shoot the ball it would wobble a bit everytime the ball hit it. Also, even after filling the base with water, it fell over multiple times during storms and the rim got bent, so we decided to put a large stake through the hole in the base. The net was really wonky and hard large gaps in the end that attaches to the goal. I had to tie extra knots in that area to make it hang correctly and trap the ball in the big openings. This was a bit challenging to put together. I put a few of the pieces on backwards so I had to take it apart and start over. This is definitely a 2 person job to assemble. It comes with an extra pole you can attach to make it taller. The description should say it only adjusts to 6.9ft OR 10ft. It is easy to move with the wheels. The backboard is durable but I would not recommend trying to dunk on this!! It also takes 2 people to adjust the height if you want to change it. This is a very good basketball hoop overall. Easy to set up, but I would still recommend having 2 people assemble it although you don’t need 2 people.
