I was so happy with these when they arrived. They are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a severe quality issue with this company. The chair wood pieces are splitting and cracking in really unusual places, all over both stools in places not under pressure from the allen wrench screws. I am so angry and disappointed. The bottom circle makes some sense due to pressure, but when the back curvature at the top and back side, and several other places have severe cracking, it's quality issue. I spent a lot of money and was proud for a single month and now I'm embarrassed to show them off at Christmas. I was trying to patch them to make it through this week but as I looked closer today; it's not a single anomaly or a single chair. I see cracks and splitting everywhere and will eventually undermine the stability of the entire piece. I doubt these will last 6-12months. Please note that there was no sign of water damage, and I don't think it was humidity either.

Barstools are beautiful, sturdy, comfortable padded seat and easy to assemble. Highly recommend. Bought 4 for our snack bar and very happy with them. Classy look.

When one of our chairs came damaged, we had to order a replacement. The replacement came and this is the color that the replacement came as. They do not match. The chair also wobbled due to the plastic pins in the legs for the floor. We had to put felt cushions on the first chair that we purchased. It doesn’t seem to wobble too bad now. I’m very disappointed at the colors don’t match. This is a replacement chair not another chair or company.

I bought two of these stools and was able to assemble the first one by myself in about an hour or so. It looks great! When I opened up the box of the second one, I checked the hardware included as I had done when I assembled the first one. The worst thing about buying "assembly required" items is when you're not sent all the parts you need to put them together! It is beyond frustrating to be missing one screw of a specific size that you know you need because of having just put together the first stool. Argh!! So I drove to the local hardware store only to discover that they don't have that particular type of screw in that size. Argh!!!! More than a little annoyed right now. Seriously, is it that hard to count to 12?!

We ordered 3 24” bar stools for our breakfast bar. They arrived promptly and are exactly as pictured online. They were relatively easy to assemble taking around 30 minutes each. The cherry wood frame with black seat and back cushions are attractive, sturdy, and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

These were very simple to put together and look really nice in our kitchen. They are so comfortable and just the right height to eat at our kitchen island (the seats are 29”). the swivel works great and I would definitely recommend these!
