Easy pack exchange. Topside was easily mounted. It came with an adapter plate for it but I didn't use it. Installed it, started it and one year later still enjoying it. My tub had a 15 yr old Balboa pack from the factory. I recommend this set but don't buy them all. I might want another one.

    • Failed just outside the return date.
Unit worked great then the heater stopped heating. The control panel says it’s heating, light on but zero heat. Frustrating!

I want to make this real quick but this is a perfect replacement if you have an oddball part number that you're searching all over eBay to find used parts for The simple easily replacement plug and play and all you have to do is modify your control panel or new one for that matter to fit where the old one was really easy basic but works and well worth the money compared to anything else ... show more

This unit was easy to install and a direct replacement for old unit. Even the mounting screws all lined up. If it had not been a direct replacement fit, unit came with glue couplers which would have been an easy refit.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this to replace an older spa control system. works perfectly. In retrospect the old spa control worked fine. The only issue we had was the electrical circuits installed locally by professionals was incorrect. The circuit breaker for the hot tub was incorrectly installed and would trip. finally got that resolved. Ken from pool spa supplies helped us out. the heating tube constantly showed overheat of 118 degree +. once we finally got this sorted out the hot tub is back to running condition. ... show more

    • Easy to install and works great!
This Spa controller was perfect for what I needed. The Gecko control board on my early 2000s era hot tub died and this thing was a perfect replacement. It comes configured for 120VAC but shifting it to 240VAC was a simple process. The new keypad looks sharp and the whole setup runs my tub with no issues! ... show more

I tried ordering the same unit from the manufacturer and they actually want it twice the price. This is why you must lock always for better pricing. The system install easily and is working properly.
