I was very impressed that I was able to shave my beard, mustache, and my cheeks which I tend to have it every single day! The battery life was excellent which can last more than 15 hours. The weight is not too heavy, easy to recharge with either USB C cable or traditional AC chord cable that comes right out of the box. In addition, it comes with UV light which usually lights up after you are done shaving and put the cap back into place. On top of that, it's easy to pop off the lid in order to clean the foil blade itself in order to ensure the lifespan of the blade while shaving. It's also waterproof which is very important to have safety and reliability. As far as pricing goes, it's expensive but hey, you pay what you get for longer battery life, UV light to kill bacteria, waterproof safety, and also it's limited-edition which I love the blue! Overall, I've been looking for this type of single foil shaver in order to have excellent skin fan while shaving for beard, mustache, and my face! It doesn't hurt a lot and as long as you shave it properly, it will shave fast and easy at anytime, anywhere! Now of course, there is double foil shaver which is excellent for bald shaving which I don't do bald shaving but I mainly use it for facial hair shaving which I shave it every single day in the morning!

Shaver would recurrently turn on despite the switch being in the off position. I would try to get it to stop by moving the switch on an off and it would the turn off for a few minutes only to turn back on. After several hours of this it began to feel warm. We could not sleep with it in the room with us and since it was fully charged (10 day charge) we were afraid to leave it in another room as we thought it might catch fire so I removed all the screws and threw it. In a pot of water and we were amazed that after a couple of minutes we heard the metal pot vibrating and it was on again. We left it in the pot of water and put the pot in the kitchen sink over night. The next morning all was quiet so re removed it from the water, dried with a towel and left et on the counter top. Several hours later it started running again so we put it back in water and left it there. I got to shave with it one time before we had to euthanize it!!

I received this shaver and noticed the box appeared already opened and content packaging seemed used. The shaver appeared clean, shinny, heavy and in good shape, but gave me the impression it had been used and was a refurbished item. I noticed the accessories were loose and not neatly packaged, again as if used. The USB power cord was missing. I immediately requested a return and an auto generated message offered me $25 discount if I kept it or a replacement. I opted for a replacement. I would have loved to try and use it to see if it works, instead of waiting for replacement but on the return checklist it seemed if it was used, then it could not be returned. Anyway, I will await the replacement shaver and return this to a UPS store (pain in the butt). I believe the vendor should have offered me $25 discount just for the trouble. I will update this survey when I get the replacement. UPDATE: 1/13/2025. I received my replacement shaver (BaBylissPRO UVFOIL UV Single Foil Shaver) and it was still missing my USB cable, but I will simply buy this USB cord locally for use. I tried this shaver and it is incredible to shave with on the face. Yes, it can be used daily and it really does a close shave. I had to charge it up for about 2 hours and you will notice on the bottom of the shaver is a blue light. If it blinks, it needs charged. If it's steady, it means it's sufficiently charged for use. If it blinks rapidly (4 per sec), it may indicate a battery problem if it fails to work. Key takeaways are: (1) Its a foil shaver, so BE CAREFUL not to bend or dent this part, if you do you have to replace it ($38 each). The internal razor part should last 6-12 months if you shave daily and it's just simple stubble shaving. The power cord is L O N G! I mean a meter long, so keep away from the bathtub or anywhere there is water and it can accidentally fall in while plugged in. The UV light works, you simply replace the cap (make sure it's completed snapped closed) and the light will turn on automatically for about 3 minutes to disinfect claimed at 99.9% effective. NOTE: You need to brush the razor after use or at least weekly using the small brush provided. DO NOT wipe the device with harsh cleaning agents! This shaver is kinda heavy and it is made solid, so don't drop it! Overall, good buy and only time will tell. I rate it so far as a very good shaver and look forward using for years to come.
