I go this device for someone and have tried it myself. It’s been very helpful, reducing pain, muscle cramps and helping with tight muscles. I ended up buying a second one believing the first one had died. It was the cord. Because the lead wires that come with unit were didn’t last long, I truly recommend buying the AUVON Durable Lead Wires for TENS EMS Units (2 Packs). The relief it provides has been a significant help for the person I purchased this device for. It’s easy to use, uses a lithium battery, is rechargeable, compact, durable, offering a variety of settings and intensities. It’s effective. I would highly recommend product because of what I’ve witnessed and experienced. The person I purchased it for has spent significant time (years) in physical and massage therapy. A PT used a medical grade unit and recommended a different Tens unit (unfortunately it died within 30 days and had several issues). Thankfully, this unit has lasted for months.Since I purchased two, I get to keep one. What a relief on my sore muscles after intense workouts or housework. I highly recommend this product!

I can literally say that this TENS unit has saved by sanity (and perhaps my life). I had a mishap during a nerve conduction study a few days ago that caused an unrelenting muscle spasm in my trapezius muscle. It was to the point where I was repeatedly shrieking in agony. Muscle relaxers and pain medicine didn’t touch the pain which felt like being shocked by a cattle prod (or a tazer for those unfamiliar with cattle prods)! I had literally just received this device to use on my quadriceps post-op knee surgery so I thought I’d see if it would help with the muscle spasms. This tiny device saved my life and sanity. I’ve been faithfully using it off and on throughout the day to manage the shocking, ripping pain and I am eternally grateful to the inventor, manufacturer and seller for this product. It’s the size of a half deck of cards, weighs virtually nothing, fits in any pocket, has long leads, very adhesive electrode pads, easy to learn to use, saves the program you just used so you don’t have to reprogram anything other than intensity and duration of treatment! I’ve been using it almost continuously while awake for two days and the battery indicator is still showing full charge. The power cord is included. Standard USB that will plug into any USB charger (which is not included) but everyone has a USB charger in their house these days so not an issue. Excellent performance. Would absolutely recommend!!!

The media could not be loaded. This Auvon tens unit is perfect little pain reliever.I love it, I use it everyday after workout. Highly recommended this little gadget battery last a long time too.

Device works well with three different settings and then different levels within those settings. My issue is that it'll say use for shoulders settings 1,3,7,9 for example. Then legs might say 2,5,11. No way you'll remember that and who wants to carry around the book? Needs to have pictures of body part and then 3-5 settings. It's a little confusing, but not sure if it really even matters. Just turn it on and when the setting is high enough your muscles with twitch.

This has been a great tens unit. I love how many choice it provides, I also like the fact that I can charge it by usb, I like the fact it has a light so I can see what setting I need, and I also like the fact that it gives me a variety of time selections. A couple of things I dislike out the tens unit. I don’t like when I want to select a different setting that the tens unit stops completely. I also didn’t like the tens unit pads I got with the unit. They didn’t last very long. I ended purchasing some new pads and they have been great. Overall, this tens unit has been great and I would definitely buy another one. I actually like so much that I probably would buy a more expensive model from this company.
