The reviews looked good but the product I received is not as advertised. First of all, it doesn't fit well on the roof rack as you can see quite a gap. Also, instead of a hex screw mechanism, there is a lever attached to a screw which seems overly complex and prone to break over time. Finally, there was no way to contact the seller and I'll just have to return it. ... show more
