FAKE NEWS. This give a false sense of sweat. It really only melts when it gets warm so YOU are not actually sweating more! It’s just the product has melted and turned into liquid form!

I bought this to go with my sweet sweat wrap and honestly the wrap works regardless of using the cream or not, but the cream makes it so much better !!! I could visible see hundreds of sweat drops all over my stomach after a 40 minute workout using the cream & wrap. Will be part of my gym routine every single time going forward! So happy ! The cream doesn't have a smell and even though it says to put a good amount on, I ordered the large size cream and honestly, I didn't even need to use much. It goes on warm and is almost like an oil once on your skin, BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO WIPE YOUR HANDS OFF! I've tried three brands of this type of stuff and this seems to be the best. It even makes me sweat now that the weather has cooled down a bit. I can't wait to see what happens when it's hot outside. The only thing I can say is be careful when you put it on as it has a tendency to fly away from your fingers onto the floor. Keep it underneath your fingers and against your skin when you apply. After reading all the reviews on here, I decided to give this a shot. I work our regularly, but have an always looking to improve without taking supplements or constant preworkouts. I don’t know if I got a bad batch but even after using exactly as directed and utilizing a waistband, I have noticed absolutely no difference in my appearance or sweat from this product specifically. I have used it roughly 10 times for various cardiovascular actives such as running, kickboxing, HIIT, walks, etc. I apply to my midregion specifically prior to my workouts and sweat far more in other locations, and would say there no difference in the area that I apply than when I do not use this product. I’ve been using this product for years along with the sweat sweat waist, I’ve always gotten them from amazon. I used it at ever workout because it works! It’s amazing to see all the sweat from my stomach just drip off after every workout. It’s the best feeling to see that the workouts are paying off with the product. So I decided that last year I needed to begging working out and I did but I wasn’t sweating in y mid section. So I researched some stuff online and I decided to give it a try a long with the belt and I don’t regret it. It has been one of the best purchases so far and it makes you sweat but I would advice you to do some type of cardio or sit ups to activate it more and it has helped.
