Update 1Feb2025: Lights are now installed without any issues. They are defintiely a whiter white than the halogens that were replaced. So far I would say they are not really that much brighter if at all, although in a big metroplitan area like Phoenix it is difficult to find a truly dark place to fully see their effects. I'm guessing the design of the reflectors of the headlights has as much to do with how bright these look. Regardless, they work as good or better than the halogens, have a whiter light and were cheap enough to try out. I'm happy with my experience with these. I have not installed these yet on my 2001 Tacoma. They look solid and I did power one up with a 12V power supply along with the original bulb. Hard to say if it is brighter or not. I think so. Hard to tell as you cannot look straight at them and they are dang bright to look at. Definitely a whiter light than the ones being replaced. I'm not sure if the ones being replaced are original bulbs or not. I don't remember. I don't think so, as I have replaced the headlights themselves and probably replaced the bulbs with them. Strange thing is, they each have a fan which I can hear running while I test them indoors. Wasn't expecting that. I am not a huge fan of fans. Not sure how long the fan will work in this environment. I suppse that will be the weak point of these bulbs. When the fan goes, probably so do the LEDs. Can't say anything yet about how well they work when installed and will update once I have.

LED assembly has the reasonably exact fit of a standard bulb that it replaces, and the tiny diodes are in the exact place where the standard bulb has its high- and low-beam coils. Beam angle and coverage of the LED seems identical to that of the standard bulb, with high beam in an oval aimed straight ahead and slightly high, and low beam aimed lower and slightly right with added coverage thrown to the lower right side. I prefer the 6000K white-white to the more common 6500K blue-white color temperature, though, given my druthers, I'd choose 5000K. While the color temperature seems brighter than my yellowish standard bulbs, the LED beam intensity seemed about the same. The superior cooling comes from its identical rear circumference to factory Toyota bulbs that allow the rear boots to seal the headlight enclosures without modification. A fan in the AUTOONE H4/9003 is located forward of the boot, meaning that the heat from the LED is discharged into the headlight enclosure, exactly like the heat from a standard bulb. Obviously, the LED assembly can't put out nearly as much heat as a standard bulb, but every little bit of heat helps when a headlight is covered in snow or ice. Surprise: the cost of this bulb was significantly less than the best standard bulb (with a blue mask to make it look LED-ish -- yecch!) from a majorl manufacturer. WARNING: I was able to use this bulb as an exact replacement because its dimensions were identical to the factory bulb. If you choose to order a replacement from a different manufacturer, do make sure that the replacement LED doesn't have a larger fan rearmost so that it prevents the function of a factory rubber headlight seal. I fitted these LEDs on a 2006 Scion xA in under an hour, including the time I took to admire my work and give myself several pats on the back for a job well-done.

I got a pair of the H11 style LED bulbs for my Honda Accord. They were very easy to install and the beam pattern is perfect having had a chance to drive with the new lights after dark. That's important to not blind oncoming drivers with headlight glare. I got these bulbs because they only have a single row of LED elements which I feel more closely matches the filament of a standard halogen bulb. I had a low beam headlight out and got just the low beam bulbs to try them out. I think I'll order the high beam 9005 bulbs for my car now as I am very satisfied with these. There is no flickering just good steady light output. The fit was perfect. The alignment of the LED elements to the reflectors is perfect. The color is a good white. They are not yellowish like my old halogens were. Functionality is excellent. Overall I am very satisfied.

One of my old bulbs died so I decided on replacing the two myself since I already do small replacement things on my car and after watching a YouTube video and seeing how modular and easy a headlight bulb replacement was I decided to do it myself. The process was easy, plus the little booklet included also helped. Word to the wise, DO NOT clean the grease off it helps the bulb not get moisture or get too hot. I have not experienced flickering with the bulbs, they've been stable. Definitely improved my visiblity at night. Still about the rain as halogen when it comes to really rainy gross conditons though.

I hadn't driven at night in my KIA for a long time until a couple weeks ago. There was a little fog and I swear, the headlights that were in the car then barely illuminated the road 50 feet ahead. I thought I was going blind. I might just have well used a couple of candles. The next day, I went to the auto parts store looking for brighter bulbs. They had a pair of LEDs but wanted over $100 for them. Couldn't see paying that much, so I bought a pair of halogen bulbs for $50. I installed them and checked them out that night. They were marginally better, but not near what I expected. A little research led me to these LEDs for just under $50. I ordered them and put them in the next day. Even in broad daylight, these bad boys were way brighter. That night, I drove to the store and sweet baby buddha, I could see at night again!! I think they illuminated the road well into the next zip code! These things are truly amazing. I think they have a two-year warranty, and if they last for the 50,000 hours promised, they'll probably outlive me.

Great improvement compared to regular halogens. I feel that it disperses the white light more evenly around the front of the car compared to the halogens but does not project as far as the halogens. HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOUR CAR HEADLAMPS ARE PROJECTORS AND NOT REFLECTORS, DO NOT BLIND OTHER DRIVERS!
