Been using mine for 3 years and it has been great. I leave it always plugged into my truck so that it is ready to use if I get a check engine light or even if I'm just curious about how the engine is running. It is well worth having, as it has saved more than its cost in not having to pay for diag time at the shop for minor problems that are easily fixed with an off-the-shelf part or when dropping off for things like the inevitable emissions sensor that goes bad. Being able to tell them "It's theowing this specific permanent code and it started on this date," before even taking it in saves paying for that time amd has saved time, as well, as they'll usually order the parts right then, so they can get it done a day sooner when dropping it off. đ For any code you get, it tells you what it is, likely fixes for it, and even shows a chart of how many people reported each potential fix as being what resolved the same code for them, PLUS usually a link to buy the part on Amazon if you want to. Also handy for clearing unimportant temporary codes that still throw a MCL/check engine light, since that's one of the only caution lights vehicles have these days, as well. Aside from problems, it can show you real-time data from the vehicle's computer for every sensor it has, which is pretty nifty even if you aren't using it to tune the engine or anything like that. You can gain insights into why maybe the engine feels rough or why it's not accelerating like you normally expect, for instance, by seeing timing information, engine load values, actual throttle position, fuel flow rate/pressure, more temperatures than you ever thought necessary, and more depending on the vehicle. And using it is a cinch. Just plug it into the ODBII port, fire up the app, and it'll find the sensor. Then, pick whether you want to see live data, scan for problem codes, add maintenance info, etc. It'll even show you codes that *don't* cause a warning light, which can help you get ahead of things before they become expensive problems. And it saves it all in history on your phone that you can export to excel or share with the shop or whoever you want. And it isnt tied to a vehicle, so you can just pop it into any vehicle, tap scan codes, and be done with it when your buddy complains their car is showing a check engine light. Overall a great product and does exactly what it claims. Couldn't be simpler to use, and has had zero compatibility issues with any Android phone I've ever used with it.

One of the things I like most is that it can pick up codes and issues that donât always trigger a dash warning light, which has helped me catch smaller problems early. Setup was quick, the Bluetooth connection has been reliable, and the app is easy to navigate even if youâre not a mechanic. The repair reports and extra information are also surprisingly helpful when trying to figure out what a code actually means before taking a vehicle in. I bought this BlueDriver Pro OBD2 Scanner Diagnostic tool, specifically to monitor the readiness monitors on my 2012 Shelby GT500, and it exceeded every expectation. I used it during the recommended drive cycle, starting from a true cold start, waiting for coolant temp to reach 170°, doing a few minutes of stopâandâgo driving, then holding a steady 50â60 mph on the freeway. What impressed me most was being able to watch the readiness monitors (catalyst, oxygen sensor, and oxygen sensor heater) flip from yellow to green in real time right on my phone. Seeing those monitors turn READY instantly gave me the confidence to head straight to the smog shop, and I passed without any issues. That alone made this tool worth every penny. Beyond smog checks, this scanner is now part of my regular toolkit for all my vehicles. It reads codes, shows live data, and makes diagnostics simple and fast. Update: reached out to support and they were able to help me pair my iPhone. Unsure why it wouldnât pair with the app guidance at first. They responded fairly quick and with detailed instructions. Highly recommend the product based on ease of use and support. Initial review: I have very mixed feelings about this product. First I will address my frustrations. I received the product, downloaded the app on my iPhone 17 pro max with latest OS and attempted to pair the device with the app as instructed. I spent a good 20 minutes troubleshooting bluetooth connectivity. Unpaired all bluetooth devices around me to include the radio. Still would not pair. Checked paired bluetooth devices that were paired and it showed the device however, the app still would not recognize it was paired. I pulled my android tablet, Lenovo yoga tab plus, to see if it was just a iPhone problem. Went through the steps and the app would still say it's not paired. Manually went into bluetooth connectivity and the device would just say it refused to pair with the tablet. At this point I was ready to return the product. I pulled an older android phone, about 6 years old, and downloaded the app. Ran it and paired effortlessly. Scanned my truck, cleared the codes, and all my issues were gone... I'll have to troubleshoot why my newer devices wouldn't pair but... I have been troubleshooting my 07 dodge ram 1500 SLT with 5.7 hemi for electrical problems or potentially having the TIPM repaired/ replaced (fairly expensive). I had cleaned and replaced the grounds. I also changed all the bulbs back to stock from the LEDs the owner prior had. Cleaned a lot of contacts. Checked voltages and wiring everywhere. Removed unnecessary wiring the previous owner had through out the truck. I was frustrated with the truck because you can't simply replace fuses and everything online just points to the TIPM. The headlight issues, turn signal, brake lights etc I was having, gone. Everything worked. I may reach out to support to solve my phone compatibility issues but I'm 100% satisfied with the results and hopefully others with TIPM issues will give it a try.
