The media could not be loaded. Other than the directions that came with the product, the door worked great for 39 days. Now the door is opening and closing repeatedly and I cannot power it off. I cannot change the mode. I cannot do anything and now I cannot return because I’m beyond my 30 day period. I tried to see if I could contact the seller but can’t figure that out.
