Of course I was skeptical about the door as with most gimmicky type items but I have to say I really like the door and it was a good addition to my chicken coop. The door was super easy to install and is aesthetically please to the eye. It didn't take long before my birds learned that they were in the coop for the night or running the dangers of attracting predators at night. So far my birds have been safe and there hasn't been any casualties of missing closing time. I'm wondering how well this would work on a rabbit hutch. I have already recommended to family friends that they should buy one, and I would recommend this door to any curious persons who care about their chickens.

The media could not be loaded. Even for someone who isn't especially handy like me, the installation was a snap. I had no trouble at all. The door opener arrived with easy-to-understand instructions, and I was able to install it and have it functioning in a matter of minutes. My faith in this product's capacity to resist a wide range of climatic circumstances was bolstered by its sturdy aluminum construction, which was a significant contributor to my ultimate choice to purchase this item. Just imagine, no more trudging out in the rain to open the coop door in the morning, or worrying about closing up too late and putting the little chicks at risk. This door has been great, I bought a different door which was very difficult to program and did not work, after 3 days I sent it back. I purchased this one easier to program and has been working for over a week, it is set to open and close at a certain time. Make life easier. I would make highly recommend this opener. My mother-in-law has now bought one and loves the ease of it and quality of the door for protection.

The media could not be loaded. This chicken door looks really sturdy, and it can definitely withstand intrusions from raccoons and other animals when I'm not around. The setup is also straightforward and easy to grasp. Just by adjusting the door's opening and closing times based on the chickens' habits, it provides exactly what my chickens need. This simplicity makes it much more reliable than those fancy multi-function ones on the market. With its straightforward setup, I believe the failure rate of this automatic chicken door will be very low.
