Of course I was skeptical about the door as with most gimmicky type items but I have to say I really like the door and it was a good addition to my chicken coop. The door was super easy to install and is aesthetically please to the eye. It didn't take long before my birds learned that they were in the coop for the night or running the dangers of attracting predators at night. So far my birds have been safe and there hasn't been any casualties of missing closing time. I'm wondering how well this would work on a rabbit hutch. This door has been great, I bought a different door which was very difficult to program and did not work, after 3 days I sent it back. I purchased this one easier to program and has been working for over a week, it is set to open and close at a certain time. Make life easier. I would make highly recommend this opener.
