My kitten chooses to lounge around in the hammock all day, he LOVES the little ball on the string that hangs above it, and he also uses the scratching posts pretty consistently. He likes the black scratcher thing too, even though I see other reviews saying it comes out. Only complaint is the cover that is supposed to go on the pedestal was very hard to fit on and then popped off as soon as he got on it, so I just left it off. Was super easy to assemble and my cat started playing with it as I was putting it together. She absolutely loves it and hasn’t stopped playing in it for the past 20 minutes. It was a great price. One thing I did do was really worked the back scratch deep into the holes as one customer said that there’s kept falling out but if you work it all the way in there is no way it is going to come out. Also someone complain about the lack of instructions and while the are very minimal the assembly is a walk in the park. I’m a 73 year lady and I had it put together in no time. I put it together in about 10 minutes with just the allen key they provided so it’s a very quick and easy assembly. I placed my 13 pound cat in each of the beds and she fills it up but she’s comfortable.

I have three cats. My biggest cat (11lbs) loves to use the brush, but I don’t think the topmost platform would be stable enough under her weight getting on and off. My smaller cats (7-8lbs) love… everything. The scratching posts, the brush, the nap platforms. I would buy this again!

If you have a small cat, this works well, but the top stand is rather small. It works great if my cat is sitting a looking out the windows but he has to curl up to sleep there. Sling is larger and would work for any cat.

This really only works for small cats or kittens. My cats are little chunk goblins, and didn't fit in the various perches. They do like to scratch on it though. My kitten loves the perches, but he's going to be too big for them soon. Worth noting, he's taken some flying leaps onto the top perch and knocked down the tower several times. ... show more

My cat does not like this tree, but my friends cat does. I've taken to putting a stuffed cat in the top to try and incentivise my cat to sit. I have instead started a stand off. When the stuffed cat is in the tree, my cat will sit and stare or get in the window and stare.
