The media could not be loaded. I’ve wanted an auto-clean litter box ever since we got our kitty, and when I saw this one on sale, I jumped on it—even though it only had six reviews at the time. I was a little hesitant to set it up on my own, but it was actually pretty easy, and it worked right away! It’s super quiet, definitely cuts down on odor, and even notifies me when my cat uses it. The app was simple to set up and lets you choose between scheduled cleanings or using the sensor mode. My cat loves it, which was my biggest concern—and thankfully she took to it right away! The size is no bigger than her other litter box and the design is clean and modern. The only minor downside is that litter tends to flick out a little easier than I expected. However, they include a litter catch mat, cleaning tools, gloves, and poop bags—which was a really nice touch. Why did you pick this product vs others?: If I could give this P.O.S zero stars I would! Only worked if it was RIGHT NEXT TO MODEM then stopped working altogether. Complete waste of money. Very unhappy with this purchase. Would not recommend! Spend your money on a better quality liter box.

The litter box arrived in pieces but it was easy to follow the instructions how to put it together. My cats loved it right away. I like how quiet the litter box while it's cleaning mode is on. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Affordable and functional. I have 1 cat, I plug it in when it needs cleaning (2-4 times a day). Looks safe and works safely. I haven't had any problems, it works slowly but I don't mind and it doesn't scare my cat and stops when it feels the cat's weight in the middle of cleaning. I change the bag every 2 days otherwise it starts to smell, but definitely better than having to scoop the poop out myself while getting hit with waves of the ammonia smell.
