This is a small treadmill perfect for me. I can no longer run however I use this six days out of the week, mostly for walking, however I can jog on it. It is perfect for my needs. As far as I'm concerned, it has paid for itself in the short time, I have owned it in helping me accomplish my physical goals. It's not a heavy duty treadmill. It fits a certain niche. This item came and had an outrageously loud sound when running. Incline did not work either. Then when walked on it it gave an error and shut down, followed by a strong burning smell. The seller asked me to return for a refund and the return process was FRAUDULENT- said specifically return with UPS but they don’t mail items this heavy and refused to return it. The treadmill is very sturdy for it’s size…I purchased it because I’m having back issues and it’s perfect for walking exercise if you can’t get outdoors.. My only complaint would be that the side arms are a little low for my liking..but otherwise, a great purchase for the money..
