First thing is assembly is very straightforward. Keep in mind the box is very heavy, definitely have two people to help setup. Once it’s out of the box assembly takes only a couple screws and it comes together. The LCD screen is very large and clear. It has cup holders and a phone or table stand. The treadmill itself is easy to control. The platform is pretty narrow but isn’t an issue for me. This treadmill is worth the money it was easy to put together and I love that it gives a range of speeds starts on 0.6 and can increase up to 10 mph. It was the only treadmill I could find that was on the cheaper side and offered an incline setting up to 20%. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a treadmill. ... show more

    • Works well, but needs warranty registration option and customer service contact.
The treadmill works well, was easy to set up, and has met expectations. So far, so good. But, I am concerned that there was no warranty card nor narrative about what the warranty is. Also, the instructions refer to a Customer Service Center, but there’s no phone number nor address.

After not running for a few years, I was nervous about getting a treadmill—but this one has made it easy to ease back in. The belt feels spacious and secure, and the shock absorption is noticeably gentler on my knees. I especially love the built-in programs that simulate different terrains—they keep things interesting and push me just enough. The incline goes up to 20%, which is plenty challenging even for power walking. Everything is easy to control right from the handlebars. Love it! It was very easy to setup, took about 30 minutes. The quality is good and the workout space is perfect height and width for me. It’s easy to use, and feels good on my knees when using at an incline or a faster pace. I love all the available programs.

The media could not be loaded. Used once for two minutes just to test it. Incline no longer works as you can see in the video. Treadmill is also really small and unstable for the price you pay for it. I’ll be returning this piece of junk, DO NOT buy

It has a lot of programs and functions but the treadmill walking platform is almost too short for me;(. Also the app they tell you to download has no walking features to follow on the tv?
