This scooter is exceedingly high quality in every respect. Folding/unfolding is perfect. We are able to load and unload it from our small SUV without detaching anything. Its driver is 84 and post stroke requiring one handed driving. This scooter meets the bill. Controls can be operated with ease by either hand. Braking is automatic by releasing the throttle. A tip about the key: we neglected to remove it before lifting into the car and bumped it against the floor - the key broke off right at the surface of the lock. We couldn't remove the broken piece inside the lock until we tried pulling it with a magnet - the broken key didn't completely come out but it rose ever so slightly and we were then able to remove it with tiny tweezers. Word to the wise: remove the key before loading. We received wonderful support from the company's customer service. Thanks!

Let me start off by saying customer service seems to be GREAT. Pre purchase I had several questions and each time I received an email reply within a day. Shout out to Lydia! Also had questions after purchase and same great responses. Now to the cart itself. Delivered quickly, ontime and well packed. Was pretty much fully assembled out of box and even the battery had a partial charge. Instruction manual is well written with photos and good descriptions. Can be manually folded or auto folded, great if battery drains during use. Tiller is very adjustable, height and also tilts rearwards. Great for shorter drivers. They should mention that in ad description! Folds with seat cushion and armrests installed. Entire set up with seat and battery is pretty light. This 68 year old body had no problem lifting it into back of SUV. Fits upright quite easily in to the back of even our smaller buick endeavor. Could lay down in smaller vehicle or trunk. Has rear spring shocks to help with ride without feeling every bump and jolt. Works easily on pavement, packed gravel and grass. No problems on minor inclines. Haven't had it long enough to really test battery life. But used it about 3 hours so far going around rv shows and mall without any significant loss of power between charges. Comes with two keys and two remotes (nice). Check the instructions about pairing the remotes before trying to activate and removing battery tab on remote. Scooter needs to on first then remove tab. Battery - Comes with a large capacity battery 15AH, most only come with a 10AH. If you plan air travel contact seller about batteries as the 15AH battery is oversize for airline limits on lithium batteries. Nothing to do with physical size just capacity. Seller makes other capacities, 6AH and 10AH. The 10AH is good for air travel. Checked with American and British Airways for upcoming trip and they said cart could be driven right up to doors on jetport, battery removed, folded (manually) and then gate checked. Battery would be hand carried onto plane. Reverse process getting off. In summary we are very happy with cart and company. Might be a little more expensive than some other folding models but in my opinion well worth the extra. Old adage: You get what you pay for! The cart quality and company customer service cannot be emphasized enough.

THIS AUTO-FOLDING SCOOTER IS PERFECT FOR ME!! I love the design, it is very stable, comfortable (I'm 6 feet tall), light weight and it's easy to use, which automatically folds up with a remote. When I told them I may not be home for the delivery and to keep it safe, they had it shipped to a FedEx pickup location near my home. The scooter I had before was too heavy which I had to break down. I'm a senior, the parts and the battery were too heavy and it was really hurting my back. I ordered another scooter before this one and it was too small and too short for my legs. I'm 6 feet tall and was told to open my legs wider. When I request a refund, I was sent a return Label that I had to pay for, which was received and signed for. They said they never received it. I contacted Amazon A to Z Guarantee. At that time, I received a different label which was a free return to a different state (they already had it). They finally gave me a refund after contacting A to Z again (it was like pulling a tooth that finally came out). YES, THIS SCOOTER IS PERFECT FOR ME!!!

This fully automatic mobility scooter is great! All I have to do is click on the remote and it folds or unfolds automatically. Perfect for seniors. After removing the battery and cushion, I can easily put it in the trunk of my car. It also switches to manual folding when the batteries run out, great design. The seller's service is also very good, at first I didn't know how to switch to manual folding, they made a detailed explanation for me, thanks! Very quick response and patient. It also came with a very detailed instruction manual. Now I can ride it anywhere and it's very convenient. Highly recommended!

Great travel scooter. Love that it has both an auto AND manual fold/unfold option. Easy to maneuver. Like that the tiller can be adjusted for height and angle. My husband is 6’2” and this easily works for him. The back seat rest is higher than typical portable scooters which provides extra support. Arm rests are easy to install and adjust. These photos show the tiller adjusted higher. The controls can go down to seat level height for placing in car. I also added a cup/cell phone holder. Thinking of a rear view mirror. Very happy with purchase

This scooter is a good value for the money. The scooter opens and closes with the remote so you don’t have to bend down. It’s not as heavy as other scooters and it folds to fit easily in the trunk. You can adjust the speed to go fast or slow. It’s very easy to use. Customer service is very good.I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a scooter.

For now I'll give it a 4. Easy to assemble and intuitive to use. Just not sure how much easier it is to get in and out of car than the larger ones haven't tried that yet. But it is stable, quick(maybe too much so from a dead stop). It is nice and compact and easily fits in the trunk of a car. I also heard there was a price drop. My only hesitation is maintenance. Who will fix it. Solve that one problem and it's a great unit.

Went together relatively smoothly with the only issue being remembering to flip up the Manual Brake Handle in the back. Test drive around the house showed it to be quite maneuverable, even in tight spaces. Compacts up nicely. Good that they include an insert on how to pair the remote as the description in the manual didn’t work.
