The projector is easy to set up, easy to use, and works well. You can still see the picture clear enough if the room is lit up, but it looks spectacular with no light in the room at all. I have not tried it outside yet, but I will update my review when I do. I've connected both Roku and Fire Stick to it with no issues at all. The HDMI ports work well. The autofocus works 98% of the time. The only times I have to reboot the projector to get it to refocus is when there is light in the room or someone walks in front of the projector while it is booting up. Honestly, I don't think a better projector is out there for the price. Definitely recommend for anyone like me who wants a real in-home movie theater. (The screen in the pictures is a 120" white screen with a black back. Translucent screens are not recommended with this projector.)

Right out of the box I was impressed with this projector. I powered it up and the automatic lens cover opened up to reveal a picture that is quite bright and crisp even in the middle of the day. The auto focus and keystone setting kicks in resulting in an image that is clear and in focus. There is the ability to adjust the focus yourself but I have yet to need to use it. The projector seems to get it right every time. It runs relatively quietly with decent sound through the built in speaker and the remote is easy to use. I often stream things from my Mac/iPhone/iPad and not once have I had difficulty connecting them to this projector. The photo included is an actual image from my projector taken at 5pm with the room light on and the window open without shade. I HIGHLY recommend this unit. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Hi, I was looking for an inexpensive, easy to use projector for back yard for MLB games, movies, and music. This one fit the bill. The controls are simple to manage, the picture is good, and it works with an HDMI TV stick. We have wifi out back so I used an old ROKU and hooked up an old, but still amazing Yamaha sound bar that was collecting dust in the basement (via HDMI pass through) and, Voila! We watched the All-Star game on the side of the barn. Even better, the musical quality is far superior to playing through an acoustic guitar amp. This projector is very bright and image is clear. Since I'm putting the projector on the side of the room, the keystone correction feature for all 4 corners helps keeping the projected image as a rectangle. My only minor complaint is it didn't recall the last selected input source after power on, so I need to select the input source every time I power it on, even hdmi1 is the only connected input.
