This is a very good scanner. At this price point, I do not know how much more they could pack into this device. It has full bi-directional capabilities, live data, OBD-II and seems to service most makes and models. Most devices can show graphs for live data. Each data point, for example, engine RPM, engine coolant temperature sensor, misfire cylinder one, cylinder two, cylinder three etc., is its own individual graph. On the MK-900 device, you can combine the graphs into one graph for comparative analysis, and that was very notable. Well layed out display and logical buttons. ... show more

POWERFUL! This is a really nice scan tool for the money, amazing features, the software is really easy to use. It has a lot of bidirectional tests for a lot of brands. This scanner does it all! I bought this scanner because I have multiple cars ranging from European, to Japanese to domestic. I needed a scanner that could do all. I recently had been having trouble working on my daughters BMW with my old scanner, but not this one it was able to read everything I was able to test the sdars and the transfer case actuator with the 2 way communication, no need for a laptop and propietary software. I used it to bleed the abs on my 2003 silverado and to reset the airbag light on my 2008 VW. I am telling you this scanner can do everything and when you get trouble codes it will google them and give you instant results no need to pull out your phone or go back to the pc. The large screen is great, and it comes with a nice case to protect it and has room for more cables. When I tried resetting the airbag light on my 99 Mercedes it asked if I had the 16pin or 38 pin. The 16 pin was only able to diagnose the engine codes. So I am definitely going to look into getting the 38 pin that would complete my needs! ... show more

Very user friendly and easy to use for even the beginner but also has the advanced diagnostic a mechanic needs. Technical support very responsive. All around a very nice scanner with advanced functions. Highly recommend.

I acquired this tablet specifically to assist in diagnosing issues with my vehicles. One day, when the warning light on my dashboard illuminated, I sought to utilize the tablet to assess the situation. However, I encountered a persistent issue that has plagued this product since my initial use: the battery life has consistently been disappointingly short, depleting rapidly even when the device is not actively in use. On that particular day, as I attempted to power it on, I was met with considerable disappointment—the tablet was unresponsive and seemingly devoid of charge. In a bid to remedy the situation, I connected it to the original charger included in the packaging. I allowed it to charge for a period of four hours, hoping for a revival, but to my regret, it exhibited no signs of functionality. At present, the unit is entirely nonoperational, and regrettably, I have missed the opportunity for a refund. This situation is particularly frustrating, as I invested a substantial sum in this product, anticipating it would deliver reliable performance.
