The OBD interface is truly a mechanic’s best friend because it lets the car tell you how it feels. Error codes help identify or confirm items that need attention. I drive a diesel, so I particularly value the ability to trigger a regeneration process and monitor temperatures during the process. The MaxiCheck library of vehicles is extensive, reports are thorough, and there are some module programming options. Updates are easy to perform, and the wireless connectivity is great. It also comes with a high-quality case that keeps everything safe. Personal Experiences and Examples Used Car Purchase: I have used it to check error codes before buying vehicles. This revealed issues that did not trigger a check engine light, which helped negotiate a lower price. This is my second Autel Scanner, the first was a basic model and didn't have many features. Both units work excellent. I have never been in a situation where they didn't scan my system and tell me what my failure was. The new tuner has the ability to relearn TPMS systems and was also able to reset my BCM. These are great tools for the professional or do it yourself mechanic.

The media could not be loaded. I discovered the Autel brand when my friend and regular mechanic recommended me to buy a scanner. He told me: I know you like and prefer to repair your car, you are good and smart, the best tool you can invest in to fix most mechanical problems by yourself is an Autel scanner, it covers 100% of codes and specialized analysis by brand, so a little over 6 years ago I bought my first Autel scanner, the AP200 model using my own SmartPhone (very economical and efficient by the way, around 40 dollars, very efficient and still current today). I have 2 friends who bought scanners from other brands also operated by apps on their smartphones and in the end they each ended up buying the same scanner that I recommended to them (Autel)... Because of my good experience with the AP200 model I decided to buy my new Autel MX808S-TS last week and it is absolutely Beastly! This Scanner can perform configurations, programming and diagnostics that only the official dealer can handle, it provides specific and complete diagnostics, if a screw has a sensor this demolition machine detects it and scans it... easy! I do not intend to be very technical in this review (I am not a mechanic nor do I make my living fixing cars) this Autel scanner is so easy to use that anyone with basic mechanical knowledge can take advantage of it, and the best thing that I almost forgot to mention is that it has the complete TPMS tire sensor programming and diagnostic tool, I have a MINI Cooper R60 and it requires a TPMS sensor change at least on the front tire on the left side, but I intend to change all 4 sensors taking advantage of the advantage of having this Autel scanner (by the way, the sensors I bought to replace the old ones are also Autel brand and were 100% compatible) the TPMS Tool the high cost of repair at the tire store or the dealer was equal to or greater than what this Autel scanner cost, I decided to do it myself and the gain is that with what I was going to pay for the repair I now have this equipment that in the future will save me hundreds or thousands of dollars, apart from the peace of mind of not being scammed by the crafty mechanic who takes advantage of your ignorance and your need to make your money in an unfair way, this is the main reason why I bought this Autel equipment, in my search for a good scanner that will solve my mechanical problems I found to date that I am writing this review two brands that included the complete TPMS tool but when comparing functions, system, capacity and build quality the powerful Autel MX808S-TS in my opinion is superior in every way based on comments, descriptions and tutorials (it helps a lot to read the opinions of other buyers to make a wise decision) It is also of the utmost importance to mention that it is the only scanner on the market that has greater processing and power, the only one to include 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, the storage can be expanded with the use of a micro SD card. In conclusion, this Autel scanner is superior, it covers more than your needs, the price is even below its true value considering everything it offers, in my search after reviewing all kinds of models and the experiences of buyers I have seen scanners with less capacity, huge limitations, difficult to use, much more expensive and with bad reviews with many angry customers, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I am sure that this equipment will also give you satisfaction and above all solutions, I hope to be of help with this information, Greetings!

This is my first scanner, i like the feel and operation of the tablet, one thing is it has no sound speaker so if you use the web to troubleshoot like youtube your out of luck. Also I had an issues with registration but after 24 hrs it cleared up and the scanner finally was under my account so then I could update. All in all it's a decent scanner so far.
