I love this scan tool. Bought this to use for my diesels and it serves my purpose very well. It doesn't necessarily do everything in specifics to and kind of depends on the vehicle is the only downside. The only other downside to what I just said is it also depends on the manufacturer too. Otherwise I like this scanner and very happy with my purchase.

This scanner is awesome, makes diagnosing new vehicles a breeze. There are a ton of useful hot functions from programming keys, resetting steering angle sensors after column replacement and electronic parking brake service modes. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, would recommend to all of my new techs, small shop owners and enthusiasts alike!

I have used this scanner for quite a few vehicles so far. It has worked well for programming keys in my F150, and doing throttle body and transmission shift relearn procedures in my Jetta. The only downside, is that the only data it records when you are trying to capture PIDs, seems to be only what is on the scanners screen at the time, so you have to know exactly what PID you are looking for the glitch for your intermittent issues... Definitely worth while purchase, regardless!

Only does about half of what it claims to do. If you're looking for a code reader that can do super basic bidirectional commands this can do it. Do your self a favor and buy a cheaper one. I was looking for a more professional level tool and should have brought the MX909 or 904. This MK900 is just a overrated code reader with a nice screen.

I've had this SCAN tool for 6 months now. While I've only used it on a few occasions, it's been rock solid and it always works well to diagnose a problem with any vehicle. Tests on 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 2014 VW Touareg TDI, 2016 Mercedes Sprinter, 2007 Chevrolet Pickup and several others. There have been frequent updates to the embedded software to fix bugs, add new features and support for new vehicles. No regrets - I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

So I bought this item and I recently received it and immediately found some red flags. The inner package was not sealed and all of the cables and things were not retained in their places and looked used. I attempted to power on the device and it was at 0% battery which is weird for a "new" product. I charged it and turned it on only to find out the device was already registered to someone else and scan history shows it was already used quite a bit. Ok I might be able to swallow this but since this product comes with a one year warranty and software updates that start counting down when registereing I have already lost about 2 months of those so got seriously shorted on that. The worst and most irresponsible part about this is that I HAVE ALL OF THIS GUYS PERSONAL INFORMATION! IT IS STILL LOGGED INTO HIS EMAIL! I CAN SEND RECEIVE AND READ EMAILS FROM THIS PERSON"S ACCOUNT!!! If you return one of these for any reason make sure you factory reset it yourself otherwise somebody else will probably get your data! This is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE! I would return it but I bought it as a lightning deal and I cannot get an exchange for the same price I bought it for so I would have to get a refund and buy it again at a much higher price, not really sure what to do but just wanted to let people know about their TERRIBLE handling of customer data!
