The media could not be loaded. The capabilities of this scan tool and the value for the money exceeded my expectations! I have many scan tools and this was one I had been looking to add to my arsenal for quite sometime. There are many functions that I thought were strictly OEM only that this one will do, especially when using it on higher end European vehicles. The fact that the VCI is also a J2534 interface makes so much sense and adds so much functionality! I shouldn't have waited until after I purchased others from my tool trucks, I should have bought this first like friends in the business told me too. I may have only needed this one... The Maxisys Elite tablet does not automatically read the vin number, does not make adaptations of TPS, INJECTORS AND DOES NOT ADJUST THE RPM, NEITHER don’t REPROGRAMS THE ECM OF MERCEDES.

This is a decent unit. However despite the impression it is a world unit, not a North American version. This means that you will not be able to log into AutoAuth to work on any late model Chrysler/Fiat vehicles. You don't find this out until hours with tech support and while the unit works well for most other things, Autoauth has been in use for 5 years now and you would hope a decent seller would mention this is not an NA authorized unit.
