I honestly knew I was really setting myself up for disaster when I decided to do an exhaust mod on my 2008 Honda Civic EX, but curiosity really got the better of me with this one. I looked up a youtube video of different exhaust kits that could be mounted to an 8th gen Civic SI and I picked out the sound that I liked the best which was the DNA Motoring exhaust. I was a little dismayed to see what I thought was a fart can, but I was blown away when I put it on and started the car up. This exhaust doesn't really make your car much louder like a Skunk2 exhaust would, however, it will lower the pitch considerably. The exhaust fit on my 2008 Honda Civic EX Coupe, however, check the metal exhaust channel under the car when installing it. The pipe needs to be warped a bit to keep from melting the surrounding plastic and the metal channel will rattle against the exhaust pipe if the channel is bent at all before installing the pipe. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase and I would recommend it! ... show more

AMAZING EXHAUST!!! Love the sound and I’ve been rocking in for a few months enjoying it so much…. But then I get rattle sound and thought maybe a rock got in there wasn’t to mad. Until I realized the inner baffle had broke loose on one end so it just rattles anytime car is at low rpm’s.

its for the most part easy to install. the cost is fair still worth buying. the reason for the 3 star is you have to buy a 2inch to 3inch adaptor for you to be able to install. and you have to cut part of the exhaust an buy a pipe connector to fully install difficulty level 2.
