The media could not be loaded. This is a really good scan tool for this price range. First of ease of use is great, took no time to set it up and start scanning cars. Does a wide variety of models, I haven't found anything it hasn't been able to scan yet. The amount of data it shows for the price point is amazing. And the reset functions are easy to use and there seems to be more reset than listed on the box. It does bi directional. The Bluetooth dongle really makes moving around with the scan tool a breeze. Speaking of which it is very light and easy to hold. Is this going to be a processional level everyday scanner? No. But most techs could easily get by with this and it's more than most diy mechanics would probably ever need. You really do get a lot of tool at this price point.

This is an excellent value! Whether you are an advanced diy or a professional mechanic looking to dip your toe into bi-directional testing and advanced modern diagnosis, this is your answer. This tool has wide compatibility with specific tests for just about every make and model that you will encounter. This tool will do just about everything the more expensive tools will do, with the major difference being the lack of advanced ECU coding ability. It is also designed with a shop environment in mind with an easy to read screen, big protective bumpers, and its case has a spot for each accessory.

Very thorough reporting of vehicle systems. On first use it basically paid for itself by helping quickly narrow down an issue that was fixed with simple repairs and avoided time testing and tracing various systems. Having built-in TPMS functions is very handy. Frequent system updates ensure reliable performance, and emailed questions are quickly answered. First year of updates is free, but I wish subsequent updates were more reasonably priced for non-professionals who need the functionality of this tool but can’t justify the cost like a professional shop.

This did not do what I expected it to do, which is simply diagnose my system in a Ram truck. I returned it, and now having a problem with a refund from this company. I get the run around from them and Amazon and they have the returned scanner but don't want to refund the money, dont buy from this company.

Autel scanners are by far the best bang for the buck imo. i've tried quite a few over time. and i think i'll be sticking with autel from here on out. the only downfall to this model is that it isn't bluetooth. but that is rarely an issue.
