Works as advertised, out or the box the set up it's easy and fast, update the software was easy and fast with good internet connection, connection to the vehicle it's simple,read the Vin number and identify the year and model it's accurate every time, works great with european vehicles, first one done was a 2012 vw gti that the customer lost the key fob , the process to add a new key was relative simple and after couple of minutes the new key was adapted to the vehicle and working. Overall this it's a must have tool for any independent shop, and at the price point it's the better option.

I used this to add a key to my 2013 Ford Focus and will be using it on another one of my cars as well! This tool is capable of reading your keys, copying them, adding new keys to your vehicle, and much more! Two universal keys are also included in the box with this tool, which can be programmed to any compatible push to start vehicle. The universal keys do not come with batteries though so you will have to buy those separately. This tool can also be used to read/erase codes on the car to help with diagnostics. This tool is built well for both beginners and experienced techs alike with almost every function you could need and is compatible with a very wide range of vehicles.

Purchased to create backup keys for my BMW and Mini Cooper. But it did not work. Error message regarding compatibility would not allow me to continue the programming. It would read the code of each key but not allows me to clone the new keys.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing tool!!! Used it to make A key for my 2020 envision and 2010 TL!! It was a breeze to use and saved me a bunch of money!!! Highly recommended and arrived quick with no Issues!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This kit works for 2009 Infiniti g37x sedan. One frustrating thing is the keys supplied didn’t even have batteries. Luckily I bought a separate key that came with a battery.

It's a great tool to have my key fob was not working I couldn't understand why. This tool has a frequency read that will tell you if your key fob has a signal or not. That's how I found out my battery in my remote for my car was dead I changed it out and that fixed it. I was also able to tell how many keys was registered to the vehicle and read the pin code to make more keys. Jeep grand Cherokee 2011
