The media could not be loaded. The is a great product. Very easy set up and use. I use it mostly to test chipsets and remote frequencies. I don’t not have any complaints about this device. I would recommend this KM100E to anyone who is needing an easy to use, remote key programmer. I have added an unboxing video.

Had to return the unit because it violates privacy too much - email with verification and street address is not enough to activate the tool; they need mobile number with ability to push SMS to you. Would not consider Autel tools in the future; there are better options on the market with more compact privacy policy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This kit works for 2009 Infiniti g37x sedan. One frustrating thing is the keys supplied didn’t even have batteries. Luckily I bought a separate key that came with a battery.

Works great right out of the box. I was able to add a fob to my truck in less than 5 minutes. The size is nice as well, way easier to use this instead of a laptop and oem software.
