Christmas present for my son's girlfriend. Very true to the photo, details are great, considering how low-resolution the photo was. 3D effect is very good. The crystal is available with a base. I got one, wasn't especially happy with it. It works as advertised, but you can't stop it from revolving and it's difficult to set the light color to just white. I ordered a wooden base and it does what I want and looks better. Oh - this thing is HEAVY! A couple of pounds, I'd say. If you're going to mail it, it'll be expensive. The crystal comes packaged very well, in a really nice box.

I got this for my mom for Christmas 2023 and just like the title says, she loved it so much she cried tears of joy. The picture was of us at my college graduation and it turned out so beautiful! The shipping was fast and everything was wrapped to perfection to protect it when traveling. I’m talking about copious amounts of bubble wrap inside the package the crystal came in lol. My only concern was when I needed to add a text to the crystal, I wasn’t able to see a preview of where or how it would be placed. I just had to hope for the best but it came out great regardless. Overall, the picture turned out beautiful and it was one of the best purchases of made last year. If you want to gift your loved one something special this would be it.

I gave as gifts. I ordered one and gave to someone and then, after receiving and gifting the first one, I reordered another one just like it to give as another gift. All I can say is that they are truly beautiful!!! The quality of these are excellent!! I read some reviews before purchasing the first one and saw really good reviews and a few not so good, but the good outweighed the bad, so I took a chance and went for it! All I can say is that when I opened the box for the first time and seen it, my jaw dropped!!! I was so very amazed at how excellent and beautiful and high quality this piece was!!!! I couldn’t wait to give it to the person I was giving it to. I had bought a lighted base to put it on and when I gave it to them, they cried!! They couldn’t believe how amazingly beautiful this piece was. It was a picture of his deceased brother, and it looked even better than the picture I sent to them to use, but it looked just like him! The quality was above excellent and its 3D, so you can see their profile and the back of them, it’s just amazing, it really is! They showed it to several people who also cried and loved it and was so touched by its beauty! I reordered another one right away for the mother of the person in the picture who had passed and she was so touched and both people that recieved them, said they felt like he was right there with them! It is truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this item and this company that makes it!! They were very fast, the item came beautifully packaged in a beautiful blue fancy box and wrapped and protected very well with a large sticker on the outside of the box that said handle with care!!! I couldn’t believe the price either!! It was an amazing price for a gift that is so personal and lovely!! I cannot say enough about this item or this company!!! I was blown away and so impressed with every detail!! I will be ordering again, it is a perfect gift especially when you do t know what to give someone, they would love it!!! I ordered this last year as an Anniversary gift for my wife. I used one of our wedding photos. The look on my wife's face was worth the price (which is a pretty good price) The etching was fantastic. It was pretty eerie/cool to see a 3d image of our photo. It was crystal clear (no pun intended) This makes a fantastic gift and would highly recommend it to anyone. Add a lighted stand to really make it pop.

I cropped the pic at the neck. It shows her shirt which had lettering on it so I purposely cropped the pic at her neck. Contacted the seller. They were great with coming up with a resolution that worked for us both. It for my aunt who daughter died before Christmas, november 2023. She called me in tears and was constantly thanking me. It is very beautiful. Yes. she loved her Christmas gift!

I had one done of my grand kitty Hunter after he unexpectedly passed in his sleep. He was such a big part of my daughter and grandsons family. Absolutely beautiful! They loved it. The lighted base is highly recommended. I wish it had just the white light and not multicolored - that’s just my preference - even tho the colors aren’t truly awesome. Super fast shipping also. I bought this for my sister's birthday. We lost our father to stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 2016 and it flipped our world upside down. He was an amazing father and person, and we miss him like crazy. I was searching for a gift for my sister, and I came across this and made sure I read reviews as much as I could before buying, and this purchase was so worth it. My sister got it, and her and her husband shared photos and expressed their love for it immediately.
