Fast shipping. I got the XP400 PRO bundle and have been using this IM5085S PRO for a few different jobs. I used it on a MW CAS job and a VW4th gen system. both went through without any problems. The instructions on the screen were pretty easy to follow. didn't really need to keep looking things up. Had one vehicle that gave me some trouble. sent the log over to support and they checked it out pretty quick. They confirmed it wasn't an issue with the tool. I appreciate that they actually looked into it instead of just saying restart it and try again. The menus are easy to get around, the screen looks good, and the touch works like it should. also used it for diagnostics and service work, A lot of the normal stuff I do can be handled with this one, I don't have to use another scanner every time.

This product arrived very quickly. after compare the three versions, I finally picked this one. Firstly, I feel the product is pretty solid. I used it on Honda and Subaru last weekend. Menus are super easy yo figure out! It helps me a lot and save money.

I'm 60 now and spent most of my life so far working on cars. Retirement did not last long. About three years ago I started doing programming on the side. Bought a few different tools over the years. Some turned out good, some just sat on the shelf. I kept looking at this one and the IM609 pro2. kept thinking maybe I should spend the extra monkey. Turns out for the jobs I actually get, there really wasn't much reason. most of what comes through my garage is Toyota, Ford, Chevy, stuff like that. This setup handles it just fine. Did a 2019 Camry not long ago. Things went pretty smooth. Then a 2020 F-150 after a module replacement. The on-screen guidance helped a lot. Didn't have to stop and second guess myself like i used to. After doing this a few years, one thing i know for sure. Making money ain't about having the most expensive tool. It's getting the job done and moving on to the next one. For me, this was money well spent!

Good diagnostic tool that cover many models and make. Generic OBD and many manufacturer specific diagnostics. Functional tests are a necessity today, the old code reader won't get it. If you are versed in modern vehicle ECU's and systems this will help you identify problems fast. This is not for the novice, it's quite technical and requires interpretation of the results but at this price it's a valuable diagnostic tool.

Works exactly as described,no issues at all.When I got the P0171 code (system too lean), used the mk900 scanner to figure out the problem myself. Turned out to be a vacuum leak from a worn intake manifold gasket.After replacing it, issue was fixed, I saved over $200 on mechanic fees. The scanner is easy to use,gives clear info, and reads live data to check sensors and other systems. I also love the bidirectional control feature,it lets me test things like lights, horn, and wipers, which is really handy.This tool saved me time and money and helped me learn more about my car.If you like fixing your own car,highly recommend for DIY car repairs!

KM100E has many features: relearning key fobs, duplicating, key immobilizer reprogramming, etc. Super easy to utilize, connect to the vehicle with a wireless adapter, and updates are readily available as soon as the device is set up. Could be used on many vehicles, old to new, with a relatively simple User Interface. Contains a clear display and a bright enough screen, which allows it to be used remotely anywhere within proximity to the vehicle. It is also relatively fast and connects via the OBD-II port.
