Ordered this for my 16 lb. Schichon dog. The largest of the 3 sizes is comparable to the size of the cone you get from the vet, but much easier to put on and take off. The 2 smaller sizes aren't as deep. The velcro is wide and strong enough to keep it closed. I had to use the largest of the 3 as the vet says the proper size should be 1" past the dog's nose in order to properly cover their face. It is a little bit bigger around the neck than I hoped, but since he needed a haircut, and it is adjustable (depending how much of the wide velcro area you use), it worked fine. Also looks a lot nicer than the vet's version because of the black cloth trim around the edges, and the polka dot pattern. Easy to clean, just wipe it down with a damp paper towel.

This very simple, affordable cone has surely done its job. It has successfully kept him from reaching his wound, is lightweight, and fits as expected. I also appreciate how easy it is to wipe down each day. It has endured five weeks of round-the-clock use (and counting!), and my pointer mix has not been kind to it. He has bent it and rammed it into everything, but it remains fully intact, including the Velcro, piping, and stitching. This is literally the most destructive dog, and this cone is undefeated.

Came in a tight round which was great, I just had to un wrap and hit for a bit. The size was really big, but I needed it. It definitely keeps her from scratching her injury. It's is easily wiped off when dirty and I see it lasting for any future injuries

My golden retriever has been having some skin issues so we need to get a cone that he would be comfortable in. It came in folded and stayed that way for a few days, squishing my goldens head a little. It evened out then broke when he got stuck. He couldn’t lick with it on and it was easy to clean of dog harm slobber. Definitely did the job for a few days but definitely not a long term fix.

I bought this because I had originally purchased/wanted a more comfortable collar so I got one of the softer blow up type doughnut-looking collars, however within 3 days she was able to chew almost every body area as if she had nothing on. So I decided to go back to this cone type collar to prevent her from chewing and getting her sores infected. Well I just opened and was thinking since it came with 3 and states no worries about sizing etc that I would have no issues. Boy was I wrong ! The cone is flimsy, very difficult to see through making it difficult to get around on her own and to top it off it does not fit around her neck and so doesn't close or stay on. Was not "adjustable" or able to be "sized" as I thought from reading the descriptions and even a few reviews. Very disappointed in this product and honestly with Amazon as a whole. In the 15 years I have been purchasing from them this last year has really spiraled downwards fast. The quality of their products has decreased. Cheaper materials, comes in a million pieces you must assemble yourself (many times without any instructions), the photos you see and reviews you read many times are so inaccurate I have to check to confirm I ordered the correct item. The "same day shipping" options and even "next day" is 94 percent BS. When I need something fast I choose the shipping speed first, meaning the item I purchase is usually not the actual one I wanted but only "similar" due to the fact, the original did not promise "same/next day" shipping & if I had been aware I could have got both items in the same time frame I would have definitely ordered the original choice. Plus, the offer this shipping options and then in small print, inform you that this option is only available IF you spend $25 or more on that order. So then they have me, getting a product I am not totally happy with (not my 1st choice) and spending more money than I needed/wanted to. Yet, I rarely EVER get my item the same day and many times not even the next. Such a scam I feel to get one to buy the less quality products/ more costly, and pay more to raise the order total to qualify for shipping options, but then 96 percent do not follow thru with their end. I do not get any refund and end up usually with something of poor quality, (not as advertised) and I spend a lot of money with Amazon but have to say they better start stepping up in product quality, following thru with their ETAs &/or stop stating it if can't follow thru and make it right for the customer when they must experience this, over & over, more often than not. I want to feel good about a company I spend a ton of money with, purchase a large amount monthly and be able to trust their word and know if an item is not delivered when stated and or the quality (color, material, etc) is not as pictured, that they will go above and beyond to make it right and the customer happy. Yet to be honest they barely acknowledge my comments, and discount my feelings when let down and unable to rely on Amazon yet once again. Wake u on Amazon..

My dog was much happier.. he came home in the veterinarian one but on day 8 he cracked it down the side. What I love about these or that they come with a sturdy border around the edge and Velcro which is a lot easier to navigate than trying to tie a string around the dog's neck with the other one. It came with three and I downsized one two days before his collar was due off, which was a great option to have. And now I have an extra one to use on my fresh puppy who won't let me cut her nails

It did work for what I needed but I wishbone size was better. We measured and got the xl based on the size but it needed to be a tighter fit. Also the cone size was a bit long so wr had to help him with food. My dog is a must terrier mixed with pit bill and lab so it may be correct for a regular dog. He has a wide neck and a small head
