If you’re looking for a compact scanner with multi control unit ability’s this is perfect! I got this to keep from having to keep my larger scanner on tool cart it’s only a little bigger then a iPhone pro max. Easy to use & has almost all the functions as the bigger scanner with being able to carry it with you or even stick in pocket if needed. Very durable comes with Bluetooth obd hookup & a power cord & charger. This compact unit makes diagnostics & repairs so much better worth every penny! I also use it for going on trips in case something may happen I have a scanner to fix or diagnose on the way.

Can't complain at all with this scanner! Read/clear Engine & ABS codes, look at live data, reset oil change intervals, Rear parking brake services, the list goes on and on. Compact, FAST software, 2yrs free updates, Bluetooth.

The media could not be loaded. The MD906PRO is Autel’s newer mid-range to high-capability OBD2 / full-systems diagnostics tool. It’s essentially an upgraded version (or next iteration) of models like MD808 Pro, MD806, MD802Pro etc., with more functions, a more modern interface, better hardware, and support for newer vehicle communication protocols. All-system diagnostics (engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, etc.) with ability to read/erase trouble codes, live data, freeze frame, etc. 11 “service” or maintenance / reset / calibration functions, more than many lower or older Autel “MD” models. These include: Oil Reset, Brake Bleeding, Injector Coding, SAS (Steering Angle Sensor) calibration, Throttle Adaptation / Reset, EPB (Parking Brake electronic), BMS (Battery Management System), TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), DPF Regeneration, AFS Headlamp (adaptive front lighting), A/F ratio (air/fuel) calibration. Support of newer protocols: CAN FD, and support for security gateway / protected modules for some car manufacturers (FCA, SFD, Nissan etc) via “AutoAuth” or similar means. This helps with newer vehicles which have more security around module access. Hardware upgrades over older MD-line tools: 5.5-inch touchscreen (Android 9 OS), larger internal storage (~64 GB), built-in battery (~5000mAh), Bluetooth VCI (V150 Lite) for wireless diagnostics, WiFi, USB-C etc. Lifetime software updates (OTA / over WiFi) are claimed.

I like the form factor of this scanner. It is easy to use and see. The build quality is good as well and Autel produces some great products. This is a great low to mid grade bidirectional scanner. It does a limited amount of extra features like resets and adjustments, just the basics. It is difficult to know exactly what it can do and for what vehicle before you purchase it. It uses the same Android app interface that many of these scanners use. I like it but need more for my purposes.

Like most Autel scanners this one is simple to operate and use. Pros: wireless so can use outside of the vehicle shows live data graphs and numbers Does all dtc system checks Cons: Wish it had more functionality for the price no carry bag for the scanner and dongle

A GOOD SMALL SCAN TOOL. IT IS A TAD SLOW TO RESPOND, BUT IT IS A BASIC UNIT. I HAVE USED IT ON A FEW VEHICLES AND IT HAS CONNECTED AND OPERATED AS EXPECTED. IT CAN ALSO RESET SOME OIL MINDERS, AND TIRE LIGHTS. IT DID TAKE A WHILE TO SETUP WITH THE UPDATES NEEDED.

Unbelievable powerful in this price range, being able to talk to all modules, has all the most common active test, and special functions like EPB and SAS, I can't believe how many functions this scantool has for the price, and LIFETIMES UPDATES, just amazing. You can have it in your glovebox because is more compact than a large cellphone. And it feels very well built.
