I got the hardwired version fory 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT. It charges at ~11.2kwh without fail and was an easy install (to be fair, I'm not an electrician, but I am an electrical engineer). Utility company gave me a $400 bill credit for the install, which completely covered the permit for the work. It has Bluetooth and wifi, so I always know when I'm charging, how far, how much it's costing me, etc. I can share the charger with the Autel or plugshare networks if I wanted, but I put it in my garage, so that'd be a bit hard. I still list it online for those in an emergency situation, but so far it hasn't been asked for. I wish the cable rubber was a bit thicker, as it has been chewed up by something already (God know what could've chewed into that), but the damage is very minimal and not even remotely a risk and I do wish it was about 2m longer, but it's fine as is. I can still reach outside for when I don't feel like fighting my small garage opening.

I recently got a EV car, Audi E-tron. I wanted to have my own home charging port at home and this one came highly recommended. I had a neighbor help me install this and it took us all but an hour to put up. Very easy unit to install and use. The cord is a great length and love the feature of being able to automate the charge periods

Lots of features and enjoy the 3rd party billing option for multifamily or public locations. Otherwise can lock it down to people you select if you want. Two ways to control amperage; either an internal hardware switch or in the software to dial it down even more if needed. Includes load balancing for multiple units. Android App includes lots of history and charge status via notifications. Occasionally it reports a ground fault and stops charging though I can't locate any loose connections anywhere in the unit or panel. Restarting and it's good for weeks again. They will be coming out with a NACS version soon as well.

The unit is easy to install and all necessary accessories come with it. The manual is really good and made setup easy. The app lacks on adjustment to stop charging at 80% (I do it in car settings). Export of monthly power usage and cost (csv file) is a great feature. I bought the charger in Aug 2024 and so far it works without any problem. Autel did a lot of updates (impro ements) to the app. Shows also the battery %. Overall great product.

Material quality too bad. The power plug lock is too flimsy and broke off of its own weight within 2 months of usage. The charging can be stopped only from the mobile app and there is no switches or controls provided on the front of the panel.

I purchased one of the chargers and really loved how it preformed. Then.... the clip that holds it in the holster and car snapped off. I contacted their customer service and explained the problem and was told someone would get back to me with a resolution. That was 5 days ago. I need either a replacement part or a new unit. I don't care which. I am in the process of moving and need a new charger at my new home and soon. I will likely purchase a new unit that is not this brand. Customer service is to slow for my liking.
