Just purchased this scooter last week to help me get around with my back pains. See even though I am a decent size guy I have an old back injury that has plagued me for years. Everyone says well loose weight and it will go away. That did not happen. I have been looking around for something like this portable that I can use to get around on a decent price. I see there is a learning curve with it but I am getting better. I also go to Vegas every year for a convention and before I leave I have to make sure I am downstairs by 6pm to return the scooter I was renting and then deal with the back pain the rest of the night and hope I can get downstairs in time the next day to get to the airport. With having my own scooter now I still have a way to get around till I have to be at the airport. Some people do get addicted to these things and stop trying to walk at all but I plan on still walking much as i can to push myself to not be addicted. If there are any changes i will post an update

2 week trip to Italy and other places. Batteries worked well and long lasting. It survived the cobble stone sidewalks of Rome. We bought the Travel case and no damage from multiple Flights and Trains. Having the scooter out all day in the various cities, only had to change batteries once (after being out 12 hours +. We were surprised how well it did! We bought this for my elderly mother for a 2 week trip to Italy and other European Cities. The trip would not have been possible without this scooter. Folds up nice and small but you are able to use the Steering handle to pull it like luggage. I highly recommend this. However, it still is 55-60lbs when folded, so to put it in a car etc, it still takes someone that can lift it.

I purchased this scooter for my mother at the end of 2019 because she injured her ankle and having trouble walking. Honestly, my mother does not go out that much, and she only used the scooter for not over 10 times. Starting from this February, this scooter starts to show some problems. First, the scooter stops with no reason. Gradually, the problem seems to be more often. Around the end of March, it completely does not work. The most frustrating part is that there is the customer service with Top Mobility. They don't pick up the phone, and they don't even reply for their email. I tried contacting Amazon and stated my situation. Eventually, they agrees to refund, but only I pay over $500 for restocking fee. I don't think that we are responsible for this defect items, and Amazon should really be checking the reliability of the seller when they allow them to sell items on this website. And this whole situation is still going on, and I still have the defect items and So if you are consider purchasing this item, please take my words as a reference.

We love this thing. Battery lasts all day, it fits in the overhead bin, and it's comfortable and fairly maneuverable. We've done airports and museums and parks with ease. BUT - a little part broke off the first time we used it. The metal button that releases the front wheel just snapped off. Odd, but not the end of the world. Except... Well, there's no support. The phone numbers in the manual are disconnected, and an 800 number I found online goes to a guy who answers the phone "hello" and seems confused. He gave me his personal number so I could send him pics of the broken part, and then... nothing. I may have to actually send this back to get this very small part replaced. If there's a more serious issue, I don't know what to do. And it's not as though this is in inexpensive purchase... 5 stars for the scooter, 1 star for support = 3 stars.

Size: ATTO With Arm Rests
My son met me with it at Dulles airport on our way to Paris. I followed two long-legged men all over downtown Paris, through the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, the Eiffle Tower, the Moulin Rouge, Versailles, train to Brussels. I could fold it for escalators and I brought it home alone and was easily able to load it , in two pieces, into my car at the airport. Gate check worked best, although my son put it, in two pieces, in overhead storage on international flight. I would buy another tomorrow!

I have flown all over the world with my Atto, and despite having some airlines question a lithium battery, I’ve always been able to ride it all the way to the plane door. While waiting for a “supervisor” to show up, I split the unit and put it through the X-ray - No problem. Everywhere I go, people stop me and ask who makes the scooter. In Japan, I constantly heard the people say “sugoi” (amazing) when I collapsed the unit to fit in taxis or buses. I’ve gone to convention centers all over the US and rode the aisles back and forth with no issues at all. I use it daily to get to my desk from my company’s transit center, various meetings, etc. it’s built like a piece of military equipment, and has served me reliably every day for over a year. The motor has a low pitch whine which actually gets people out of the when I’m riding by.

I have been to several states in the US (Florida, Virginia, Tennessee...) Europe (France), Africa (Morocco), Australia. Everytime it folds, Go on the plane, the crew, either put it on board, or deliver it after. It works well, most taxi are doubtful at first but when folded, they are impressed. I recommend it. It does change your life.
