The fan came packaged nicely. NO MISSING PARTS!. The installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. The remote control could be a little more durable I think but it works well. The LED light is dimmable and may vary in color from brite daylight to a warm glow with the remote. Apparently it is also a "smart" device compatible with alexa I have not tried this feature as yet. I am very pleased with its design and opperation . I have one dislike. The fans slowest speed is much faster than I would prefer. It would be a much better unit if it had 5 blades and speed was significantly reduced. ... show more

We chose the light wood side vs the gray as it is definitely silver! The fan runs smoothly with little noise. Three different light settings which all have a dim feature that works well. Installation wasn’t terrible but required a power drill not just a screwdriver. The remote is the biggest weakness imo. Turning the fan alone on is a struggle. Sometimes just a small touch to the fan speed #1 and it will come on, other times I am hitting it several times or holding it down… pointing it high in the air! I must look goofy every time :) Overall I like the fan it is a perfect size for small to medium sized room. I would buy another one. ... show more

    • Lasted Less Than One Year.
We bought these fans for our home almost one year ago. Everything was fine until the fan we installed in our bedroom stopped responding to the remote today and there is no other way to get the fan to start. Batteries were changed in the remote and we can see the red light on the remote when we press buttons, but nothing happens. Light turns on via the lightswitch but nothing else works. Now we're wondering when the rest of the fans in our home will do the same (hopefully only this one is a dud). Not worth the money for less than one year of use and no way to contact customer support either. ... show more

Easy to install. Easy to operate. I would have given a 5 star if it didn't have his quirk.... On 2nd day of use of fan it starts to make clicking noises for both directions. Each 360 degrees the blade turns it clicks. Then it stops spinning and starts again and clicks. This cycles a few times before it just stops. Finally, I spin the blade by hand first then start, it works fine. Basically it needs a little help to spin properly. Otherwise this is pretty good ceiling fan. ... show more
