I purchased a protection plan from Asurion on my Blueair Air Cleaner. The unit did a fantastic job for the first 3 years. Then one day it started a very loud obnoxious noise. I contacted Asurion and to say it was a painless experience isn't enough, it was like falling off a log. They then sent me my electronic refund almost immediately. I will be purchasing Asurion coverage on any significant purchases. I definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Very quick and painless. Would definitely trust using them again in the future. I had totally forgot I bought the insurance, so what a pleasant surprise when 3 years later my device up and died. It not only stopped working, but completely ruined the dresser it was on. I was going to go look for support so I looked up my order and saw that I had gotten protection. It only took like 5 minutes to take care of it and get a gift card to immediately replace my device.

I bought an electric blanket and the Asurion protection plan. The blanket stopped working 3 years later and I remembered I had purchased the replacement plan. The process was easy to file the claim, they sent me a prepaid shipping label that we took to the UPS store. The only thing we paid for was a box to send it back because we didn’t have one big enough at home. About a week later we had an email with a gift card in the amount of the purchase price of the blanket because Amazon no longer carries that one. Super pleased with ease and speed of Asurion. I will be using them again in the future.
