Very quick and painless. Would definitely trust using them again in the future. I had totally forgot I bought the insurance, so what a pleasant surprise when 3 years later my device up and died. It not only stopped working, but completely ruined the dresser it was on. I was going to go look for support so I looked up my order and saw that I had gotten protection. It only took like 5 minutes to take care of it and get a gift card to immediately replace my device.

I purchased the 4-year protection plan and received the plan information immediately. Everything was quick and easy, and I had no problems getting the coverage set up. I haven't needed to file a claim, so I can't comment on that part of the service yet, but my experience purchasing and receiving the plan has been very good.

I've been purchasing these Asurion plans for some time, but never had to use one until today, on a pet fountain that cost just under $70 and for which the pump died within six months. I hoped to get the pump cost refunded (less than $20), since I had to buy a new one. I could not get Asurion's website to locate my purchase, and when I entered the information manually, I got an error message, forcing me to call to file the claim—my reason for a four-star ratting on "easy to use." From that point on, though, everything was super easy, and far exceeded my expectations. I got through immediately, the agent was fantastic, and despite my telling her only the pump had died, within minutes she'd processed a claim and refunded the entire purchase price. I've often wondered if I was wasting money on these warranties, but I will have no doubts in the future. They're inexpensive, and this proves they do what they're intended to do, with minimal effort on the consumer's part. Highly recommended!

It does a good job I've got a pretty big living room but it doesn't stay on four I don't like that it'll go back to one four is the high level and it'll just go to what all by myself I don't know what's the deal with that but no I like it

The claim process was easy & straight forward. I was sent a postage paid label to return defective item. And i received an Amazon gift card that covered the price of the item as soon as I had the item in the mail. VERY happy with service.

Always hesitant to buy this insurance but it worked beautifully for a floor fan I purchased several years ago. I was able to send the fan back (asurion provided the shipping label) and then they gave me an Amazon gift card so I could buy a new fan. I will always purchase this coverage going forward!
