The Asurion 4 year housewares protection plan Is REAL ! I haven't had the best of luck with other "protection plans" in the past, so I was not expecting a whole lot of success this time either. This one was different. I had a great experience on the phone with the customer service rep. Good English skills, understanding personality, and easy to follow instructions were all a capital A-plus experience. I highly recommend this "Asurion Protection Plan" !

This coverage really worked wonders, and was worth purchasing! I filed a report just recently, towards the end of the 4 year protection plan time frame. And Asurion processed my claim right away, and refunded me the purchase price to my Amazon gift card balance promptly. I am very impressed, and would highly recommend Asurion to others!

Got my card as soon as I sent the the defected device. Only downside is had to fine a box big enough to send the item back i called ups to ask for price for a box but it cost more than what I was getting back luckily we found a box we had in the garage. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
