This was so easy and quick. All I had to do was provide my information about my product, the order number and the reason I needed the refund. Ivuse the Asurion service quite a bit and although some claims are different than others the actual product is worth the money.

I love Assurion for the wonderful service they provide and the speed which they provide this service. I just don't understand why they don't ask the claimants how they would like to return the items. They assume every time without asking that I want someone coming to my house to pick it up. Most of us can't just be home all day waiting on a ups worker.

It was relatively easy to get the refund for items that stopped working prematurely. As soon as the prepaid mailing labels were scanned at UPS, the refund arrived.
