This product was purchased as a warranty for a pair of wireless hearing aids for a friend. I have not had to use it yet (fortunately - smile) but my interaction with the merchant has been quite pleasing. First, the process to register/confirm the purchase was quite straightforward. Also, they initiated a free token. The options were quite useful, and it was received in short order. Overall, I found them to be helpful and very responsive (the latter was truly appreciated). My foot bath went up after one year. I contacted ASURION on the warranty and they took care of the problem. I was credited back with a gift card as soon as they received the confirmation of shipping. We use them with all gifts that we purchase and will continue.
