Definitely worth it. My waterpik broke and I made a claim, they sent me a return label. Within a couple hours of dropping it off at ups I received a giftcard for the purchase amount. Very easy.

I bought this as an insurance that the product would be replaced if there were any problems occurred. it's not possible to submit review at this time. So far the product is functioning as expected
