I bought a $1,498 (before tax) Kalecope Schock wave ESWT. Three weeks after receiving the item my wife opened the device on Christmas Day, which did not work. Amazon would not take the device back and insisted that I file a claim with Asurion, for which I purchased a 3 year insurance policy threw. I ended up mailing the device to Asurion and they only reimbursed me for the pre-tax cost $1,498 of the item. So in the end, I end up loosing $70.59 on the tax that Amazon charged me plus $136.71 on the 3 year warranty. This means that I loose a total of $206.71 and don't have a working device. ... show more
