Fairly easy to use and I've used it twice in the past year. My air fryer stopped working, the biggest pain was finding a box to ship it in but all I had to do was bring it to local UPS dropoff and I got my refund immediatley. The most recent time, the pitcher for my blender fell off the counter and broke, I had to send a bunch of pictures and I still had the box because I had just gotten it less than a week prior, but I didn't have to send it back. The very next day I had an email with the refund.

Total waste of money. Don’t bother. Asurion just redirects you back to the manufacturer, who won’t respond. There’s no one you can actually talk to at Asurion, and you’ll just be sent to a useless website. Save your time and money. Don't bother.

This is a must have. I will never buy anything again without this warranty. Me getting this warranty was less that a meal combo at McDonalds lol. But anyway, I bought an air fryer, and it stopped working and the company warranty had run out. So instead of buying a new one I used my warranty, and they sent me a gift card and was able to get another based on what I had spent before. So essentially, I saved over 60 dollars by only paying 11.00.
