We are vey happy with the Asurion plan we purchased when we bought our espresso machine. The espresso machine failed to turn on and we filed a claim with Asurion- very easy to do online. Then we received a prepaid label to return the espresso machine to Asurion. Shortly after dropping the machine off at UPS, Asurion sent an email telling us the refund would be processed quickly. True to their word, we received confirmation of our refund for the full amount we paid for our espresso machine. When we purchase a new espresso machine, we will be sure to also purchase an extended warranty from Asurion. They have proven to be a very good safeguard for high end items. I highly recommend Asurion to everyone making high end purchases on Amazon.

DO NOT PAY FOR IT. USELESS!!! I bought a coffee machine on Amazon and because it was quite expensive I decide to ad this Asurion protection that was offered at the checkout. Less then 30 days later the product had a broken piece causing a water leak. The part could be replaced easily but when a filed the claim, the only option was to send the full coffee machine back and get a gif card refund (which I can get from Amazon without a coverage plan.) I bought the product during black Friday and now to buy the same product it's $150 dollars extra. So I'm not only losing money paying for a "protection cover plan" that is useless but I'll have to pay the full price for the product that I waited for months to buy with discount in a Black Friday deal. I've caIled the company twice and had no solution.

My espresso machine was very expensive. It wasn’t working properly and I sent a claim to Asurion. Within minutes they emailed me a label to return product, as soon as we shipped the product, a gift card for full amount was out on my Amazon account. Well Done

Surprisingly smooth process for a warranty claim on an expensive item. I am extremely happy I got this warranty. Highly recommend it. I submitted a claim for a broken bean grinder on my Breville Barista Express and was given a gift card for my full purchase price once the item was shipped back thru UPS. No questions asked, no hassle at all.
