Espresso machine stopped working properly after our year warranty was up, but thankfully I had purchased the 3 year protection plan.     • Lids are not really secure and the item keeps spilling
I had high expectations for the Preethi Steel Mixer Grinder 110V, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. Here are the major issues I faced: ⚠️ Build Quality & Design Issues The stainless steel body looks premium, but the plastic parts feel flimsy and not durable. The jar lids do not fit securely, leading to leakage, especially when grinding wet ingredients. The blades are not sharp enough, requiring longer grinding time. ⚡ Performance Problems Despite its 750W motor, it struggles with tough ingredients like soaked chickpeas or dry masalas. It overheats quickly, forcing me to take breaks while grinding. The noise level is excessive, making it very uncomfortable to use. 🔧 Durability & Customer Service After just a few months, the motor started making a burning smell. The jars developed rust spots, despite careful cleaning and drying. Customer service is slow and unresponsive, making it difficult to get repairs or replacements. Final Verdict: Not Worth the Price ❌ For the price, I expected better performance, durability, and build quality.
