It's not really a warranty, they never offered to repair the item. For me it worked like an actual cash value insurance policy. My coffee maker broke when it was less than 2 years old. I paid $129.99 for it, before taxes etc. Now it costs $199.99 before taxes with the increase, of well I'm not gonna say living because that's just not accurate. Anyways, I got my gift card for $129.99 shortly after the item was brought to the UPS Store. So really quickly got my gift card. Anyways if you factor the cost of the warranty I ended up with $100.00. My replacement of the exact same item is $199.99 plus tax plus the increased cost of my replacement coffee maker and yes, buying another warranty which is now more because the coffee maker is more. I'm spending $140.00 out of pocket, after my warranty.

This was the best investment I have purchased for my appliance. I receive a quick response with detailed information regarding next steps. I was able to successfully submit the claim and return item. I received reimbursement for item within 24 hours where I was able to replace my device.

Well worth the small investment. After 18 months our product failed. Luckily we had purchased the 3 year warranty. Asurion customer support was wonderful and within a day we had returned the defective product to UPS store for free return and within hours had received an email with an Amazon credit for the full purchase price.

Great addition to protect your purchase. An air fryer oven I bought went bad within 1 year of the purchase, and I was able to return it and receive a refund through the Asurion insurance I had purchase with the item. The return process was seamless and easy to follow. No loops and hoops involved to get the refund.
