The Asurion plan was awesome! Got my refund back immediately with no hassle. I thought I was going to have to send the product back to repair and they would send it back to me. This way, I can purchase a brand new product with no waiting for a repair. Well worth the money for the plan. Was easy to file a claim and almost immediate refund.

I used the fans (I bought 2) in my horse trailer. They were fully charged before storage. Worked fine for a little over a year. Then lo and behold when I tried to use after 2 mo of storage NEITHER one will recharge. WORTHLESS for my need.
