I added the extra 3 year protection plan to my product when ordered. I put in the claim online for my product after 2 years of having it since it started malfunctioning. The process was quick and simple. I was given refund as soon as I finished.

The process was quick and easy to get my item refunded, just got a better pump thanks to Asurion having my back even after 2 years and my manufacturer warranty expiring! Will put Asurion on every item from now on, but a note to those claiming it's a scam or you're not getting your money back: the refund is THROUGH Amazon meaning you get Amazon cash on the total amount of whatever you bought (Ex: I purchased a plan for item on Amazon at $672.81 before tax, it breaks down months later, the process gets it resolved and they send you Amazon credit of $672.81 and you get your replacement OR a new item, the choice after you get the money is yours) just so you won't be shocked or surprised, overall I love Asurion!

Worked for 5 months, used every day, multiple times a day. Now, touch the lock button: It locks, but immediately unlocks. I tried resetting back to factory defaults to no avail. Called the Honeywell help line in CA but they referred me to another phone number that is not available. Good thing I bought the 3-year protection plan. I'll call Asurian tomorrow.

The Noco GB40 is great for emergency car or truck starts. Just note two things: 1st - the unit does not come with the Wall plug for the USB-C cord. You'll need a wall plug specifically for the GB40 as the cord only has the USB-C on both ends. 2nd - the instructions on how to use the unit are only online. The manual that comes with the product does not include any how-to-use the unit instructions.
