Highly recommend asurion insurance a very good investment for me
I've bought insurance many times and never needed it so I was kind of dubious if it actually worked however it was fantastic. I had a little air pump that pumps up tires when I bought it. (for my e bike) It worked great I used it once kept it in the closet for a year went to use it again. It would charge and turn on, but would not work. The process was so simple and so great. I bought a three-year plan so it's been a little over a year, but I couldn't believe how well it worked the first time I went to do it it didn't go through so I waited till the next day and when I went to chat with somebody, they couldn't find my plan so those two things were discouraging, but when I re-logged on and did it. It was a super breeze to do. It knew the item and everythin. I am not at all Technical so this was great. They refunded my money and I bought another one literally the same price to replace it. I bought a different brand, but it looks pretty much the same so I'm very excited about this. I would highly recommend always getting insurance. I had no idea it worked as well as it did. Amazon gives you 30 days to begin with but I think it's very reasonable what they charge for this extended insurance I appreciate very much that Amazon offer it gives more security for purchases. I should point out if I miss Senior and by buying from Amazon it saves me at least 3 to 4 trips a week where I'd have to go to purchase something. I love the home deli. I've always had great service from Amazon and I really appreciate the offer this insurance option if you're buying anything you think you may be using for an extended period of time again I highly recommend it. Very happy customer.

Worth the extra money.
This is the second time I’ve had to file a claim for a product. Both times it was so easy, and worked like a charm. I highly recommend it for those slightly bigger purchases. It is worth every penny.

Can't even file a claim. Website errors and other issues.
I have purchased this for individual products and several months ago I purchased the total protection which covers everything for a flat monthly fee. I recently had a computer and a space heater fail and I remembered I have this coverage. The claim I filed for the PC - after I went through the website to fill out all the info I got a "something went wrong" error and it wouldn't complete the claim. For the space heater it says it's covered by the manufacturer warranty, which I guess is legit. But the manufacturer is one of those off-brands that Amazon loves to make a buck off of but there's no one behind the product to support it. I will probably cancel this monthly coverage because it feels useless.

Worth the cost
Easy to apply for the protection plan and well worth the cost. My radiator heater bombed out and they refunded the cost. They even covered the return shipping charge. I was getting a little worried because I was supposed to receive an Amazon gift card within 24-48 hours from when they received and verified the returned product. I returned the product 6/15 via US mail, it was delivered to them 6/22 but I didn't receive my refund gift card until 8/10. I would purchase a plan again.
