I've bought insurance many times and never needed it so I was kind of dubious if it actually worked however it was fantastic. I had a little air pump that pumps up tires when I bought it. (for my e bike) It worked great I used it once kept it in the closet for a year went to use it again. It would charge and turn on, but would not work. The process was so simple and so great. I bought a three-year plan so it's been a little over a year, but I couldn't believe how well it worked the first time I went to do it it didn't go through so I waited till the next day and when I went to chat with somebody, they couldn't find my plan so those two things were discouraging, but when I re-logged on and did it. It was a super breeze to do. It knew the item and everythin. I am not at all Technical so this was great. They refunded my money and I bought another one literally the same price to replace it. I bought a different brand, but it looks pretty much the same so I'm very excited about this. I would highly recommend always getting insurance. I had no idea it worked as well as it did. Amazon gives you 30 days to begin with but I think it's very reasonable what they charge for this extended insurance I appreciate very much that Amazon offer it gives more security for purchases. I should point out if I miss Senior and by buying from Amazon it saves me at least 3 to 4 trips a week where I'd have to go to purchase something. I love the home deli. I've always had great service from Amazon and I really appreciate the offer this insurance option if you're buying anything you think you may be using for an extended period of time again I highly recommend it. Very happy customer.

I bought this plan when I purchased some solar lights. A few of the lights stopped working and I filled out a claim. Within minutes I had a refund! Super easy process!

I have purchased this for individual products and several months ago I purchased the total protection which covers everything for a flat monthly fee. I recently had a computer and a space heater fail and I remembered I have this coverage. The claim I filed for the PC - after I went through the website to fill out all the info I got a "something went wrong" error and it wouldn't complete the claim. For the space heater it says it's covered by the manufacturer warranty, which I guess is legit. But the manufacturer is one of those off-brands that Amazon loves to make a buck off of but there's no one behind the product to support it. I will probably cancel this monthly coverage because it feels useless.

Soooo happy I chose Asurion Protection Plan when I made a purchase on Amazon! It was unfortunate and frustrating that my item failed to work but Asurion made the whole process extremely easy of refunding me the whole purchase price. Within a couple days the credit is now on my Amazon account!
