Asurion is no longer reliable. Painful procedures and customer care that does not care for the customer or for customer satisfaction. They treat you as if you are committing fraud. They even ask for legal forms to be filled and signed!!!!. It became useless and loss of time. They even asked me to go to manufacturer and talk to them!! Person A says something and person B says something else. A complete unacceptable behavior. No longer easy to claim, no reliability, no good service. You better buy electronics from other companies who will match the price and give you full protection better than Asurion. I plan to file a complaint. Hours lose with them for one item. They also ignore the claim if you donnot call.
