having a pool can be expensive but when the pump failed I was not ready to shell out another few hundred dollars to replace it. I bought this with that in mind when i bought a new pump, and when the pump failed after almost two years I used this insurance to replace it. I ordered a new pump (because I wasn't sure how long it would take to replace it through this method and didn't want my pool turning green) and had it on the way. Then I started work on making a clain with Asurion. WOW!!!!!! I was shocked at how easy it was to get the claim done - all on line without having to speak with any rep or take pictures or do troubleshooting (the pump was dead). WIthin 1/2 an hour I was credited the price of the pump to my Amazon account which covered the cost of the new pump I just ordered - and YES, of course i purchased a new Asurion insurance package for the new pump as well. I have already talked to many of my friends about this experience and they will also be looking to use this on their high dollar items that need coverage. Thank you Asurion for making this a painless process.

HERE IS WHAT YOU MUST PLAN ON DOING, TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF ASURION, LETITMATELY. Hello, I have been experiencing too many HEADACHES from Asurion and them telling me they will not cover the Protection Plan i paid for. This is my formal request to apply Amazon A to Z Coverage Plan for yet another case of Asurion instructing me to do anything BUT have them live up to their ‘service’. It should NOT be required that a guy needs to make an entire FOLDER dedicated to fighting for a simple service. This is a matter of a defective compressor, It has broken, and was not functioning correctly at week three. Now it will not even fill up my air rifle. It makes loud noises, NOT the 105dB it does running, but other odd noises internally. Asurion is NOT taking accountability for the Protection Plan i PAID FOR, and this is NOT the first time they have attempted to NOT provide their coverage in legitimate cases. This is repeated over the Pandemic, Aurion even telling me to send items back to companies at my own cost and back to Amazon and take advantage of pandemic extended return windows. Now they are doing this to me. I need this for my JOB and work. Not a battle over Asurion defrauding ME, where i paid too much money to have a Protection Plan. The item I purchased on Amazon offered an extended warranty from Asurion for just a few more dollars. Since the item cost over $300, I decided the extended warranty would be a good idea. When my item got broken within just 2 years of my ownership due to a part going bad, I contacted the manufacturer who told me that they only warranty the item for 1 year, but they advised me to contact Asurion if I purchased the extended warranty, which I immediately did. The customer service agent at Asurion was very, very nice. She was knowledgeable, courteous & patient with me. She apologized that the part on the item stopped working & then she said that because I bought the extended warranty, Asurion would send me an online coupon for the entire original price of the item so I could buy a different version of the item, or buy something else I wanted on Amazon. I thanked her so much for assisting me with my issue. I actually thought that Asurion would send someone out to fix my item instead, but I guess these days it's just not worth the cost of repairs, so a full refund is preferred by Asurion. I decided to keep my item anyway because it still partially works, but I'm very, very happy that Asurion provided me the refund coupon so I can use it to buy something else on Amazon instead! Asurion provided me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & made me feel that the small investment of purchasing their warranty was well worth the cost!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ASURION !!! ^_^
