I don't always feel the need to buy the Asurion Protection Plan when offered with my orders, but on some things, if the protection is for accidental damage, I do. In this case I am so glad I did because the plan was a lot cheaper than having to buy a replacement. I always keep copies of the orders for which I bought the plan, so it was easy for me to file the claim. The claim process was very easy, and reimbursement was fast.

Aside from - No Further Contact info - of/from Seller... Would be kind of cool because leave opportunity to converse.... As, to be honest... item was easy to install. However, "specialized" cold water line (of all "ones) burst after 8 Months... That sounds like a long time... but faucet lines last decades... not just #x months... If i was going to give a good review about anything... would be Asurion Insurance that was prompted at CheckOut/Point of Sale here on Amazon - Generally wouldn't Buy... But GLAD i did... this time around... i Least recovered the price of the initial price of the faucet... Though!!!! Doesn't cover the Water Damage.. from water line break in Kitchen!!!! Wo0uldn't've even filed...said "anything" if could've replaced cold/or/hot water line by buying from Home Depot/or/Lowes... but guess what.... Is special connection... WAY ~~~>>> =/ Literally... Seller should sell replacement hoses or something..... DANG!!! Nice Faucet... but not worth losing your Kitchen because of getting FLOODED over!

Definetly don't miss out if you have a chance to add Asurion plans to your purchase Asurion Protection plan for me was great.I purchased a wall soap dispenser few years ago but I was looking to return something else so I searched my orders and saw that I had Protection plan for the dispenser and could file a claim.So I filed the claim submitted supporting photos and just like that they offered an resolution. I would definitely use this Protection plan on other devices. The process was smooth and easy

I cannot rate the thickness or sheerness of a product warranty.... OK it was pretty cheap all things considered. I bought a "renewed" Macbook Pro (and it had not been renewed at all, I opened it to put my own drive into it and the thing had not been even remotely cleaned (but that is actually a plus for the Asurion coverage). The bad news is that about a year into it the laptop failed in a severe way. Wouldn't not boot up at all. I pulled my drive out knowing it was not likely damaged, put the original in and called Asurion. I found they would not ship a replacement for what appeared to be an un-repairable unit but they took it in and fixed out (so they were correct) and had it back to me in five days and it worked just fine. They replaced several modules but made the point they don't do any cosmetic repair (not needed). Given the overall cost and the relatively advanced age of the unit, I'm happy.

I'm so glad I added this plan! The Tetra aquarium light I purchased only lasted 7 months despite being used exactly as intended, the first one didn't even last that long. A brief phone call to file the claim, UPS picked the light up the next day and shortly after that I received an email with a code to apply a full refund to my Amazon account. In the end, each light ended up costing me $7 (cost of plan) but that's way better than the $24 I paid for each!
